Agradable hotel en Hanoi
Pros:

La amplitud de la habitación, así como la limpieza y el desayuno que ofrecían, que era muy completo. Además, la piscina tenía una temperatura estupenda de 32 grados y se podía utilizar hasta las 21:30. Y el personal era muy amable y servicial, siempre dispuesto a ayudarte.

Cons:

Los colchones era extremadamente duros.
La ubicación está bien pero lejos del casco antiguo; se tarda más o menos 30 minutos en llegar siempre que no te pierdas.

De sportruimte was erg uitgebreid. De kamer was best ruim.

Cons:

Bij aankomst werden we niet geholpen met onze bagage. Vervolgens zat er veel zwarte schimmel in onze kamer rondom de airco en in de badkamer. Het bad en de wastafel lekten, waardoor de vloer steeds drijfnat was. Er is een mooi zwembad, maar wij werden op één dag vijf keer gevraagd of we wel van het hotel waren, waardoor we ons niet welkom voelden.

The reception sent an old man here - he stripped the first sheet - i can blood on the second sheet

Very relaxing place to stay for 5 nights after a full on busy 2 weeks touring Vietnam
Pros:

The food was great for breakfast. Staff very attentive. The pool was perfect after a day in the heat. Gym facilities were topnotch

Mediocre at best.
Pros:

Not too much. Very average hotel.

Cons:

Rooms were cramped and although they seem clean on the surface but if you look at the corners of the room and the bathroom etc you find black stains etc which is a sure sign that the cleaning staff only does a superficial clean up job.
The staff is also not very accommodating of any request you might have.
Bottles of water are very expensive and not provide free of charge during your stay excel two very tiny bottles on the first day.
A single room key is provided and if you ask for a second they will give you one but upon checkout if you happen to lose a key they actually charge you five US dollars per lost key. That is highway robbery.
That’s ridiculous for a basic piece of plastic which hotels routinely provide free and never even bother to ask for it back on most occasions.
Overall a very mediocre hotel experience and I wouldn’t come back.
