Quiet place and convenient.
Pros:

Close to JR station and JR Tower complex that very convenient for dining and shopping. Very easy to connect to each landmark in Sapporo. Recommend to know short cut walkway route from JR station to the hotel (as picture attached). Even though the hotel is close to the train tracks, but the sound of the trains doesn't come into the room.

Cons:

No view from the room since it was blocked by the closet building.

いい旅をさせていただきました。
Pros:

同行者が車椅子使用なのでバリアフリーの部屋をお願いしました。
キチンとしたバリアフリーで部屋も広く快適でお得感がありました。
スタッフの方も親切丁寧で笑顔が素敵でした。

駅に近いのが便利
Pros:

・予備校に向かい右折してガードをくぐり直ぐの横断歩道を渡ると札幌駅が近い
・北海道大学も近い
・近くに飲食店、コンビニが多い
・朝食が美味しい　またその際の飲み物として雪印メグミルクさんのソフトカツゲンも楽しめる

Cons:

・エスプレッソマシンがロビーにあれば、到着時、あるいはホテルに戻った夕刻以降に一息付けたかも

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, a solo unos minutos andando de la estación JR.
Cuarto amplio y cómodo para lo normal en Japón.
El personal es genial, les di la maleta, dirección del siguiente hotel, pagar el envío y ellos el papeleo y demás, gran ayuda.
El baño público es un gran aliciente, el que no se permita con tatuajes hay que respetarlo, no criticarlo, si no te gusta esa norma, busca otro sitio donde lo permitan. Por cierto, tienen un congelador con polos gratis
Puedes tomar en la recepción peines, esponja, cepillo de dientes...multitud de amenities de gratis
Mi cuarto daba a las vías del tren, a mí no me molestaba ( más bien lo contrario) por lo que para mí, lugar tranquilo.

Cons:

Lo único para mí, el wifi, en la recepción va de lujo, más arriba, no. Yo estaba en el piso 6 y ni rastro de la señal.
