快適でした
Pros:

部屋がキレイで快適でした。よく眠れました。朝食のカレーがとても美味しかったです。

Cons:

浴室の汚れが少し気になりました。朝食にもう少しデザートがあったら最高でした。

Overall a really nice hotel in a good location
Pros:

Very close to the station and the staff are very nice and accommodating! Also there is a space to leave luggages and bags in the lobby if you arrive early or have a late flight

Cons:

Walls a pretty thin so sound travels through easily and not much space to lay out luggages

Next to the subway!
Pros:

Hotel Keihan Tenmabashi was a very pleasant surprise. The room was slightly larger than we expected, which made our stay much more comfortable. We also really appreciated that the room was cleaned every day, which was a lovely touch.
The location is excellent: right next to the subway, making it incredibly convenient to get around Osaka. While the hotel is in a quieter area, it’s still very easy to reach the more touristy parts of the city, so it offers a nice balance between convenience and a more relaxed atmosphere. Overall, a very comfortable and practical choice for staying in Osaka.

La amabilidad del personal, la ayuda al cambiar de habitación, los amenities ofrecidos por el hotel.

Cons:

El nivel de inglés del personal resultó insuficiente para las preguntas que hicimos de diferentes temas. El aislamiento se las ventanas deja mucho que desear, filtrándose todo el ruido de la calle durante la noche. Nos cambiaron a otra habitación que no daba a la avenida y el ruido se redujo pero el aislamiento seguía siendo malo. El baño era extremadamente pequeño, resultando incómodo moverse dentro del baño y usar el WC.

We would return to this location ounce we come back to Japan Osaka.
Pros:

Staff was excellent and helpful.
Excellent location to metro's and restaurants also a Starbucks and family mart across the street . Also close to Osaka Castle. Rooms have all you need , but are small and bathroom is very small to move around in if you are tall. But still gets the job done for a good price. You would need to decide what is priority for you...location or room size. For us we don't stay in the room besides to sleep and clean up. So works.it is as advertised.

Pros:

何より駅近で、とても便利でした。清潔でベッドや水回りも丁寧に掃除されているのがわかるなという感じで、チェックアウトも11時とゆっくり準備できたので大変好印象でした。また利用させていただきたいと思います。
