The only good thing was it was walkable to most attractions and places. But the location of the property is inside an al

The fact that it was close to all the other places

Cons:

the location of the property it’s in like an alley so vehicles cannot come in they have to stop midway and you have to take your luggage in this alley. Also the shampoo bath wash bottles were dirty and looked like it hadn’t been washed or changed for quite some time. The plug points only 2 were available that also on one side of the bed couldn’t charge 2 at once even if there were 2 slots.

Pros:

Son emplacement est très bon en plein cœur du vieux Hanoi.
Présence de climatisation dans la chambre non négligeable.
Service de bagagerie à tout moment.

Cons:

Les meubles assez vieillissants, surtout la baignoire.
Assez bruyant vers 6h du matin alors que nous étions au 6ème étage.

Situated near the Hanoi Cathedral...accessible to shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Quite difficult to locate since there is no signage along the main alley. Someone from nearby hotel helped me to get into hotel.

Very pleasant
Pros:

Location is very good, staff helpful, clean, big room, organised tours from there. Quiet, no street noise. Within walking distance to a lot of sights but maybe not for all. I walk a lot. Breakfast available from 6.30, which is great you did not miss out if you were going on early tours.

Cons:

Breakfast was nice but not a lot of choice.

Pros:

The Hotel is at a great location for exploring Old Quarter. The staff were very kind, overall we were happy with our room, everything was clean.

Cons:

The bed was not the most comfortable, but I still slept relatively well. There was a power outage for a few hours in the morning, but it was not the hotels fault and the staff was very accommodating.

Budget friendly stay
Pros:

Very central location in Hanoi at a good price. The room was large, clean and had a strong AC, fairly quiet as well as it was down an alleyway. The staff were very helpful and kind, and breakfast offered a good selection to start the day.

Cons:

As others have noted, the property is quite dated. A few fixtures in our room needed repair, as a few power sockets weren’t working. The room we stayed in also required the key card to power the AC, which was a slight inconvenience in the hot summer. Otherwise, everything else was ok.

Super emplacement, hôtel agréable.
Pros:

L’emplacement était top dans une impasse du quartier des 36 corporations. La Honey moon suite du 10 eme étage spacieuse avec une vue gigantesque sur Hanoi . Street food de BÛN CHA dans la ruelle super bon !

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est moyen.
