С пляжными полотенцами непонятно, сделать систему получения их возле бассейна было бы удобнее.
Pros:

Чистая удобная комната, кондиционер не дует в голову, работает незаметно, у нас был номер 302 на верхнем этаже и с видом на зеленые горы Самуи. Возможность пользоваться благами отеля расположенного на пляже The Cove Chaweng тоже огромный плюс, завтраки с видом на море, фруктовый салат с йогуртом отдельный кайф, вкусный кофе, хороший завтрак. Сам пляж изумительный, ни камней, ни коралов, прозрачная вода, много лежаков с зонтами, три бассейна, удобное место расположения. Ключ от комнаты один но чипа от входной двери два, что удобно. Раздельные кровати👍

Cons:

Для пожилых людей отсутствие лифта, но мы это поставили в плюс, хоть какая-то то доп нагрузка)

I did like to have quick access to the beach. Air-conditioning was fine, bit loud, but manageable. V nice staff.

Cons:

Horrible view from the window. Weird setup of lights in the room. Bathroom shower area had black mould on the floor.

המלון נותן להשתמש בבריכה ובמתקנים של המלון השווה ממול, הצוות אדיב ואחרי שהבנו שהמלון לא מתאים לנו, הם ממש ניסו לעזור לבטל

המיקום רחוק מהכל, החדרים קטנים וחשוכים ומרגישים כמו אכסניה. אין מעלית וצריך לעלות לחדר הרבה מדרגות כשהחדר מדרגות בלי מיזוג וחם מאוד

Il punto forte della struttura sono i servizi gratuiti offerti ai clienti nell’hotel di fronte, affiliato: Piscina, colazione, ombrelloni e sdraio in spiaggia.
Spiaggia molto bella. Colazione varia ma qualità discreta. Piscina piacevole. Asciugamani forniti giornalmente (sia per il bagno che per la spiaggia)
Posizione ottima, vicina a supermercati, massaggi, ristoranti. Zona non rumorosa, in 10/15 minuti di taxi si raggiunge Fishermarket village e Chaweng mall

Cons:

La qualità della stanza è di medio/basso livello. Il bagno accettabile.

Pros:

L’unica nota positiva era la possibilità di fare colazione e avere il lettino a mare del Resort Cove Chaweng.
Per il resto non la consiglio per niente.

Cons:

l’hotel non so come faccia ad avere un punteggio così alto, dato che la struttura è datata, le camere sono minuscole… il bagno puzzava di fogna nonostante avessi già cambiato camera. Le finestre delle stanze sono sporchissime.
Anche il personale sia dell’hotel che del Resort per niente cortese.

Pros:

Nel complesso è stata una bellissima vacanza, per un paio di sere abbiamo avuto un problema con l’acqua, ovvero scendeva marrone, ma lo staff ha cercato di risolvere immediatamente la situazione!
(Per scusarsi dell’inconveniente ci hanno offerto il taxi per il molo del rientro, super apprezzato!)
Hanno la colazione buffet fronte mare, davvero bellissima, oltre che con variazioni!
Ci torneremo sicuramente!
