Der Aufenthalt im Vaya Achensee war sehr schön
Pros:

Das Essen war super lecker. Nach unseren Wanderungen haben wir den Wellnessbereich voll ausgenutzt und genossen

Cons:

Zu wenig Aufhängemöglichkeiten im Zimmer, außerhalb des Kleiderschränke. ;-) Luxusproblem!

Preis/Leistung war spitze, Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Pros:

Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut und ausreichend vorhanden. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und sehr aufmerksam beim Auffüllen des Buffets und auch beim Abräumen der gebrauchten Teller.

Cons:

Für den Saunabereich wäre es gut, wenn hier zusätzliche Handtücher verfügbar wären. Zum Beispiel ein Regal aus diesem man Handtücher entnehmen kann und auch einen Wäschekorb für die gebrauchten Handtücher.

What made my stay truly wonderful was the combination of warm and attentive staff, immaculate cleanliness, beautiful nat
Pros:

Beautifully designed, spotlessly clean and wonderfully peaceful, with the lake just a short distance away, a fantastic 24/7 spa and the perfect atmosphere of a quiet Alpine village.

Cons:

Nothing — everything was excellent. I hope the hotel continues to maintain this high standard and remains just as wonderful in the future.

Die Sauberkeit könnte optimiert werden. Sowohl auf dem Zimmer, als auch beim Buffet (Teller, usw.).

Es ist eine sehr schöne Anlage .Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit .Tolle Ausgangslage für Radtouren und Wanderungen.Genügend Platz für Autos und einen großzügigen Fahrradabstellraum .

Cons:

Leider liegt der Badesee , der sehr schön angelegt ist und die Sonnenterrasse mit Liegen direkt an der viel befahrenden Straße .Daher ist es etwas lauter .Der Saunabereich ist sehr schön , mir persönlich fehlt ein schöner Ruheraum mit Blick auf die Berge

Pros:

Der Bad und Wellnessbereich

Cons:

Die Ferienwohnung war ok, aber nicht top sauber, wir haben ein abgebrochenen Fingernagel im Bad gefunden.
Am ersten Abend wurden wir zu viert beim Abendessen in einen Nebenraum gepfercht. Auf Rückfrage wurde das für den nächsten Tag geändert.
Mein Tochter hatte Geburtstag, und es wurde nicht gratuliert...
