Je connaissais cet hôtel, il se dégrade petit à petit. Les locaux sont un peu vieux, les rideaux ne sont pas vraiment occultants car c’est l’ancien système et la lumière passe par les côtés. De plus nous n’avions pas le ticket que donne la PDI entrant au pays et le responsable n’a pas accepté le tampon sur notre passeport pour faire la remise de la TVA. Ils nous ont dit que à l’aéroport nous pourrions récupérer l’argent avance pour la TVA ce qui est faux. La loi n’existe pas encore. Nous avions eu le même problème à Valparaíso dans un autre hôtel et ils ont accepté sans problème de nous exempter de cette TVA. Aucune comprensión de notre situation. Pourtant j’avais déjà été à cet hôtel. Par ailleurs il faut savoir que le petit déjeuner est servi dans un autre hôtel et il faut sortir dehors.

Very nice hotel
Pros:

Nice hôtel, good value for money, spacious room, very good breakfast (but not on the site of the hôtel, have to walk a few minutes to another hôtel)

Cons:

Not walking distance from city center / tourist sites, but easily accessible by métro which is very close to the hôtel

Recomendo, localização ótima e muito organizado.
Pros:

Localização ótima, custo benefício excelente. Próximo ao MUT e ao Costanera, fiz tudo a pé e ainda é bem próximo a estação de metrô El Golf.

Cons:

O fato do café da manhã ser em outro prédio, mas valeu a pena pois estava muito bom.
