Camelot Traditional & Classic Hotel

I travel frequently and have booked many hotels through Booking over the years. Never in all my travels have I encountered behavior like this from a hotel manager.
I am writing this review solely to prevent other travelers from experiencing the distress and frustration that my friend and I went through.
To begin with, The taxi cannot reach the hotel directly. Instead, it drops passengers off about a five minute walk from the hotel.
Walking there with luggage is extremely difficult because of the uneven cobblestone streets. There is an option to use a small electric vehicle, but you are completely dependent on the hotel manager to arrange it for you, and even then, you have to hope the driver actually arrives. The entire process is exhausting and inconvenient.
I arrived at the hotel at 9:00 p.m. because my flight was delayed. The hotel manager/owner leaves the property every evening to go home, and there is no one else at the hotel to supervise the premises. Because of my flight delay, she had to wait until I arrived, and although the delay was entirely beyond my control, she was clearly upset and repeatedly complained about having to wait.
I also did not feel comfortable staying there at night. There are not always other guests at the hotel, and once the manager leaves in the evening, there is no one on the property. The place is dark, and though it is located in the center of the old town, it is isolated. being there alone at night without someone in charge, did not feel safe.
The manager appeared constantly stressed, exhausted, and often spoke in an unfriendly and disrespectful manner. Towels were not replaced unless you asked repeatedly and very politely. I actually felt sorry for her because she cleans all the rooms herself, so on two occasions I told her not to clean my room in order to make her work a little easier.
When I booked through Booking it clearly stated that all taxes and charges were included.

That i had to eventually go home. Wish I could have stayed much longer.

2 Tag keine Croissant keine Orangensaft
3 Tag 1/2 Croissant keine Orangensaft Butter und Brot!!!!!
Das ist leider sehr wenig Frau Nina keine Käse,Oliven etc. Dabei gibst in GR sehr viele Oliven sowie Käse Sorten .
Nett allein Reicht nicht aus.
Frühstück abschaffen.!!

Her yıl yunan adalarını gezen biri olarak şimdiye kadarki en kötü tatil tecrübesiydi.Otelin konumu kale içi bölgesinde olduğu için araçla ulaşım yok ama feribota yürüme mesafesindeydi.Otelin bulunduğu sokak çok pis ve kokuyordu burnumuzu tıkayarak geçtik resmen.Odayı kahvaltı dahil fiyat olarak satıyorlar ama kahvaltıda sadece iki dilim ekmek ve reçel vardı yani aslında kahvaltı yok gibi bir şeydi. 4 kişilik bir aile odası tutmamıza rağmen 3 kişi gittiğimiz için ekstra ücret aldılar Booking üzerinden satın aldığımız otel rezervasyonunda tüm vergiler dahil yazmasına rağmen girişte ve çıkışta ekstra vergi ücreti almaya çalıştılar ve booking bu konuda yardımcı olmadı sonuç olarak kesinlikle tavsiye etmediğim adaya yakışmayan bir işletme.Öte yandan Rodos çok güzel bir yer yakınlarda daha güzel ve temiz oteller mevcut

It is not a case of did not like but there is an issue, due to the age and building restrictions placed on Nina, in respect to the showers, with certainly two rooms where the shower is too small. My wife and I are not big people, but we did have problems as there was just not enough space to move. This meant sometimes having to be a bit outside the shower, which, in turn, flooded the floor. Nina is aware of this and tells us not to worry about the water but it is worth noting. All this having been said we would go again for sure !!

Otel sahibi biz odadan çıkar çıkmaz gidip odayı kontrol ediyor. Eğer klima açıksa kapatıyor. Temizlik hiç yapılmadı. Günaydın demekten bile aciz suratsız bir ifadeyle kafasını bile kaldırmadan sorulana zar zor cevap veriyor. Yatak aşırı rahatsız gıcırdıyor. Sadece konumu iyi bir yerde. Konumu dışında berbat bir otel.

Banyolar çok küçük duş teknesi 40x40 sığabilirseniz üzerinize su gelebilir. kahvaltı yetersiz. Sadece reçel tereyağı ekmek kahve.
