Room was too small with no AC. Felt claustrophobic, especially with low ceilings.

Sehr kleines Doppelzimmer. Bei offenem Fenster hörte man den Fluglärm in der Nacht.
Loved the history & architecture In beautiful surroundings & staff were friendly & efficient
Met the General managed Maurice who was lovely & explained some of the history & let us visit a beautiful decorative room upstairs/ very kind. A lovely breakfast in the morning with quality ingredients & good meal in the evening in the tremendous oak panelled dining room facing the garden We would gladly visit again & highly recommend
I would have preferred to stay in main house - although I realise that would be at additional charge Ws stayed in the Coach house which was well appointed & had everything we needed
