מיקום מצויין צוות נהדר. מסעדה מאוד טובה. בהחלט נחזור. הסיור במלון היה מלמד מאוד וחשוב. אביר בקבלה היתה נהדרת קבלת הפנים והלבביות שלה ליוו אותנו לאורך כל השהייה.

זאת פעם שניה במלון הזה, מיקום מעולה, צוות אדיב, חדר נקי, ארוחת בוקר מגוונת . יש תצפית מעולה על גג המלון. ממליצה בחום

תחזוקה לקויה, כל המים מהמקלחון ברחו החוצה...ממש אכזבה... לא יכולנו להתקלח בחדר... מזל שהיה לנו 2 חדרים.. ארוחת בוקר די בסיסית...
מבנה מיוחד ומרשים, שנמצא בבעלות הותיקן. מגיעים למוזיאון. צוות מקסים, נעים, אדיב, חייכן. חדר מרווח, מכונת קפה, קומקום, מקלחת גדולה עם כל מה שצריך. חוויה מקסימה. מחכים כבר לבוא שוב והפעם עם עוד אורחים מהעולם.
מסעדה על הגג עם שירות מדהים, אוכל טעים ונוף שמשקיף על כל ירושלים.
תצפית שפתוחה לאורחי המלון עם נוף מקסים של העיר.
מסעדה בקומת הכניסה של המלון עם אוכל טרי ומחירים נוחים- שירות אדיב ונעים.
2 סיורים מודרכים עם הסברים על ציורי הקיר ועל תחריכי ישו. פירוט נוסף בקבלה- היה מעניין ומלמד ולא ארוך מדי.

המלון ממוקם במיקום נפלא, במרחק נגיעה מהכניסה לעיר העתיקה. השטח יפהפה. מסעדת גג עם נוף מרהיב ושירות מעולה.
עזרה חלשה מאוד בפתרון בעיות מצד צוות הקבלה. מכרו לי חדר יקר יותר שלא הייתי צריכה, כי לפי הגרסה של המלון לא היו חדרים סטנדרטיים פנויים. מתוך לחץ נאלצתי לשלם, אבל כשנכנסתי לחדר ובדקתי ב-Booking, הייתה אפשרות להזמין חדר רגיל. זה לא נעים שהצוות לא היה מסוגל לפתור את העניין בעצמו. הופתעתי לרעה.
