Aquashow Park Hotel

We had an awesome stay at this hotel during July. Checking in went smoothly and the employee was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and pretty. The door in between got opened for us, since we had two rooms next to each other. The view of the pool, especially in the evening was very enjoyable. On our first full day Cristiano explained to us how the restaurant worked and came with a large plate of ice cream and my name spelled on it. My mom also got a surprise cocktail from him which she enjoyed a lot. During our stay he was very talkative and funny and we had lots of conversations with him. We would also like to thank Larissa, who works at the indoor cocktail bar. We shared interests and me and my mom spend a few nights at her bar talking with her. She was very sweet and funny and gave me an awesome drawing of a shared interest. Cristiano and Larissa made our stay very special and unforgettable. The breakfast and dinner were very variated in food, there was something for everyone. The fruit was decorated really pretty in a watermelon basket which is impressive. There were fun activities, mostly in the evening. On our last day there was a white party, the first one to exist. There were games for kids and adults. Balloons were thrown into the pool, some of them had "Criss cocktail'' written on them. With one of those you could get a free cocktail/mocktail. "Criss" as in Cristiano because he's one of the best cocktail makers. We also made sure to visit the waterpark a lot, we took pictures and went off fun slides. The waiting queues were not long and we did a lot of the rides. The people selling the photo's were very pushy and asked almost everyone who walked by if they had taken a picture and wanted to buy it. The fish foot massage somewhere in the back of the park was a really funny experience, it tickled a lot. We bought some souvenirs from the store at the waterpark but the staff there weren't really very friendly nor helpful. One of them had a very attacking and sharp voice when we said we wanted to buy something. In the hotel we had a good last conversation and we're absolutely coming back sometime. We'd like to thank all the hotel staff for our stay.

Everything was fantastic, the facilities, activities, but what REALLY stood out was the staff!! The people working there went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. Not just for our 4 year old but for us as well. We had a great time, thank you.

Great location . Clean and friendly staff

We loved the spacious and spotless rooms, the excellent breakfast with lots of choice, and the friendly, welcoming staff. The pools were fantastic, and having direct access to the Aquashow Water Park was a huge bonus for the whole family. The hotel was well maintained, had a relaxed atmosphere, and was in a great location .Overall, it was an excellent family holiday, and we'd happily stay again.

Great place to stay if you plan to spend more than one day in the water park. Staff were very friendly. Hotel was very modern and family friendly.

Quarto muito bonito, e confortável tudo impecável, vista para a piscina, piscina com bar e música perfeito, amei o ambiente, ter a possibilidade de ir ao parque os dois dias foi incrível também deu para aproveitar bastante, também amei o pequeno almoço, muita variedade, comida muito boa, a possibilidade de comprar as toalhas e depois reembolsarem o valor e nos pudermos trocar as toalhas as vezes que quisermos levar para o parque foi perfeito, e puder mesmo depois de ter feito o checkout aproveitar o parque e no final puder ir aos balneários do hotel tomar duche e trocar de roupa, foi o ideal.

La atención del personal fue muy buena en todo momento, sobre todo a la llegada.
El hotel y todo el complejo en general está muy bien cuidado.
El parque acuático muy completo y limpio también y aunque en fin de semana se llena, no da sensación de agobio (filas aceptables).

Amazing staff, Amazing food, Amazing facilities for kids

Staff were so helpful. Larisa on the bar made the best cocktails and was so pleasant. Hotelnwas spotless. Breakfast was buffet, fresh and lplebty to choose from and always stocked until it closed. Staff never stopped cleaning. Hotel and pool were spotless and service was excellent.hotel pool was lovely to sit at. Had plenty of entertainment in evenings and music was great. Literally on doorstep of waterpark as well which was brilliant. Would recommend to any family especially with small kids.

The hotel and park are right next to each other which made it easy to move about one another. I really enjoyed the friendly staff who made the entire stay feel extra welcoming. Most importantly they made my child feel welcomed and part of the fun.
