Et fuldkommen skønt hotel - virkelig dejligt renoveret, og samtidig strålende af mange klassiske detaljer - tak for det!! OG bedst af alt blev vi mødt med et så skønt og kærligt personale hele vejen igennem! Tusind tak til jer alle!!

Et rigtig godt ophold med venligt personale, gratis WiFi, god morgenmad og en god beliggenhed. Jeg vil gerne bo her igen

Venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Rent og pænt værelse med gratis og hurtigt WiFi. Morgenmaden var god med et fint udvalg, og hotellet havde en god beliggenhed.

Ikke noget særligt. Alt levede op til forventningerne.

Läget nära hamnen och i gamla stadskärnan.

Cons:

1. Att bli utskälld det första som händer för att vi har en liten hund med oss. Vi angav husdjur i bokningen via Booking.Booking och hotellen får ta ansvar för att önskemål om ytterligare info till hotellet blir tydligare. Utskälld vill man inte bli. Inte ens av hunden.
2. Gatuarbete precis nedanför rummet i hörnet på plan 1, kraftigt buller 07-17. Bedrövligt att hyra ut ett sådan rum. Ca 3 rum borde inte hyrts ut alternativt rabatterats.
3. Vid dusch vatten på hela golvet. Lättstädat utan kant/list, men inte bra för gästen. Ingen skrapa eller ”golvhandduk”.

We would happily stay here again on our next visit.
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Skandia. Helsingør is a beautiful town, and the hotel's convenient location right across from the train station made it easy to explore everything the area has to offer. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

We probably happened to visit during one of the warmest weeks of the year, so this may not usually be an issue. However, some form of cooling in the room would have made our stay even more comfortable. It certainly didn't detract from an otherwise very pleasant stay, but it was the one thing we felt was missing.

Der var sat en blæser ind på værelset. Muligheden for at køle sig ned i varmen, trods det varme værelse på 4.sal. PRAGTFULD udsigt ud over Helsingør, Kronborg og Øresund.
