Pros:

Struttura davvero bella e ben curata. Mi è piaciuto tutto: ambiente pulito, organizzazione impeccabile e personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Un posto perfetto per trascorrere una giornate in tranquillità,adatto anche alle famiglie con bambini piccoli. Torneremo sicuramente!

Terra dei Santi is an exceptional place! The moment you arrive you just feel at peace. It's beautiful, the location is perfect to visit Spello and surrounding towns. The apartment itself is clean, spacious and has everything you need. The swimming pool is great.

This was the second time we came and this time with our 3-year old boy. He loved it as well. There is a playpark, basketball court and the owner was kind enough to let our son play with their grandson's toys. It is perfect for families. Parents can relax and children can enjoy. We will continue to come back. Thank you for all.

Consigliatissimo per chi ama l'Umbria

Siamo stati alla Terra dei Santi con mio marito, per questo ponte del 2 giugno, appartamento pulitissimo, c'è tutto l'occorrente per soggiornare, la possibilità di usare la piscina con ombrelloni e sdraio, di stare fuori all'aperto, con tanto di tavolinetti e seggiole... Il Signore Amerigo, proprietario, è stato sempre presente e disponibile... A due passi da Spello e da Assisi,ai piedi del Subasio...supermercati vicini per la spesa...Insomma ci siamo trovati molto bene, consigliatissimo.

Pratico. semplice e a due passi da Spello.
Pros:

Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e accogliente. L'appartamento è stato funzionale per il nostro soggiorno. Entrando un grande divano con tv e una piccola cucina con frigo, macchina per il caffè e bollitore. A seguire una camera matrimoniale e un bagno con doccia. Il letto decisamente comodo. Nella bella stagione è disponibile anche una piscina. Purtroppo non ne abbiamo potuto approfittare causa meteo ma ho molto apprezzato il patio all'ingresso dell'appartamento, profumato e riparato dal gelsomino rampicante, con tavolo e sedie è l'ideale per pranzare fuori o i momenti di studio/lavoro all'aperto.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto molto lo stile dell'appartamento ma è sicuramente dipeso da una mia aspettativa errata e da una questione di gusti personali, , l'appartamento in se per se è assolutamente funzionale, pratico e vicinissimo a Spello.
