Brudno. Brak ręczników. Włączone ogrzewanie przy 26 stopniach . Poproszono o ręczniki i wyłączenie ogrzewania pomimo zapewnienia na recepcji że bez problemu zaraz zrobią nic nie zostało zrobione

A wonderful stay in Rugby - close to both the train station and the city centre.
Pros:

The bed was simply excellent.
It was very easy to sleep.
I was very much surprised by this;

And it was very quiet.

Great location and friendly staff BUT sort your rooms out!
Pros:

Great location and friendly staff. Had an iron and board plus shower was very powerful. It was nice to have free parking on the premises

Cons:

The owners need to start spending some of their money on the rooms! Unfortunately very dirty walls with cracks all over . A highly dangerous socket that I nearly put my finger in!!! Mattress was uncomfortable and the bed base was older than the dinosaurs I reckon. The radiator was missing all its controllers and was in full all day and night so very, very uncomfortable nights sleep!
I got a £10 refund which was okay but just because something is cheap doesn’t mean you shouldn’t care about cleanliness and a bit of fresh paint.
