Pros:

le petit déjeuner était pas mal, et un grand merci à la dame de ménage Adanet pour sa gentillesse, son sourire et son professionnalisme. Elle a remonté le niveau concernant le personnel.

Cons:

Hôtel un peu vieillot, certains équipements en mauvais état (pommeau de douche, poignée, etc), chaînes tv limitées, personnel pas avenant du tout , pas souriant.

dernière chose: trop de vulgarité à la piscine , au milieu des enfants. certaines femmes sont en string, quasiment nues au milieu des familles. première fois que je vois ça dans un hôtel à Istanbul. d'habitude ils exigent un minimum de respect et le string est interdit. dommage...

Sehr enttäuschend
Cons:

Kingsize Bett mit Meerblick gebucht. Bekam ein Minizimmer mit einem kleinen Doppelbett (120-140cm). Zimmer 539
Zudem war die Badewanne verstopft, duschen war praktisch nicht möglich. Allgemein war das Badezimmer in einem katastrophalen Zustand.

Es gab noch eine 2 Tür im Zimmer, das direkt in das Nachbarzimmer hineingeführt hat. Privatsphäre und Sicherheit sind in diesem Zimmer definitiv nicht vorhanden.

Would definitely choose to stay here again
Pros:

Very comfortable, clean and easy to get to in the city. The staff are friendly, the facilities are well taken care of, the room was immaculately maintained.

Cons:

I wish the TV was a smart TV with options to stream Netflix or YouTube.

Frühstück Empfangsdame hätte freundlich lächeln können.

Sprinter bestellt nach Taksim, war teuer, hätte man mit normalen grossen Taxi noch günstiger gefallen

Très bel hôtel propre et confortable
Pros:

Nous avons tout aimé. L’hôtel est très joli digne d’un 5 étoiles. les chambres sont propres et les lits très confortable. Nous avons séjourner avec nos 3 enfants 2 nuits avec petit déjeuner et nous sommes très content de notre séjour.

Cons:

Tout le personnel était au petit soin très gentil, souriant mis à part une personne qui pour moi n’as pas sa place dans un hôtel 5 étoiles. J’ai croisé une personne du personnel très gentille à qui j’ai demandé de chauffer le repas de mon bébé son petit pot elle m’a dirigé gentiment vers la personne en cuisine qui je le pense s’appelle « Özlem » cette personne était agacé de chauffer le pot de mon bébé et s’est empressé de me faire une réflection dès que sa collègue et partie en me disant ici on ne chauffe pas les repas de l’extérieur. À vrai dire sur le coup je n’ai pas trop compris ce n’était pas un repas pour moi c’était le pot de mon bébé. Mise à part ça tout c’est bien passé.
Je recommande cette hôtel

Pros:

В отеле мне очень понравился персонал,очень приятный и отзывчивый,хороший завтрак,хорошее расположение,недалеко красивый парк и променад,вид из номера просто сказка,у меня был номер с видом на море.
Лаундж на улице тоже очень понравился,тихо,спокойно и безопасно,вечером работает ресторан,готовят очень вкусно,советую там покушать.

Cons:

К сожилению ковёр в номере был грязный и от него исходил запах,ручка у шкафа была сломона,в душевой силикон требует обновления,видны пятна чёрной плесени.
