Second stay, same disappointment.
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located, with a nice view of the Golden horn, and also has a good outdoor pool.

Cons:

This was my second stay at this hotel, and both experiences were unsatisfactory. The night shift employee was unfriendly, never smiled, and showed no empathy towards guests.

I checked in at 10 p.m. and was given a room that was clearly not ready: there were leftovers from previous guests and the windows were dirty. When I returned to the reception to request a different room, no apology was offered, and I was asked to wait for another room.
The replacement room we were given was not much better. The shower cabin was disgustingly dirty, and the windows were also unclean.

On both of my stays, we requested and were granted a late check-out until 1 p.m. Despite this, housekeeping and reception continued to call our room and knock on the door from 12 p.m. onwards, disturbing us and making the approved late check-out meaningless.

Wir sind als Familie mit drei Zimmer angereist. Es wurde darauf Rücksicht genommen und wir hatten die Zimmer nebeneinander. Zwei Zimmer haben sogar ein Upgrade bekommen, was wir sehr nett fanden! Die Aussicht vom Hotel war echt top! Dann die Sauberkeit. Die Reinigungskraft war sehr genau, sogar Bettwäsche wurde gewechselt, jeden Tag frische Handtücher, Preis Leistung völlig in Ordnung..

Cons:

SPA und Fitnessraum können wir nicht bewerten, da wir es nicht benutzt haben.

Nära till kollektivtrafiken.

Cons:

Vi bokade boendet på grund av deras spa avdelning men tyvärr så var de stängt, fast vi fick informationen om att den skulle va tillgänglig. Frukosten var inte så fräsch man såg att mycket hade stått där länge så de var torrt.
