Pros:

J'ai apprécié la fontaine d'eau à l'entrée. Le personnel est poli. L'entrée est sécurisé.

Cons:

Pas de café dans la chambre, alors qu'on nous a dit qu'il y en avait. La chambre était beaucoup trop chauffé, il faisait meilleure à l'extérieur alors qu'il faisait 28°, il n'y avait pas de clim. Les matelas sont hyper mou, j'ai eu l'impression de me noyer dedans. Il n'y avait pas de prises des deux côté du lit. La salle de bain est juste horrible, impossible de me doucher dans ces conditions.

Pros:

The room was very dirty. The cleaning was superficial and poorly done. The floor was so dirty that you couldn’t walk barefoot. The toilet seat was dirty as well. However, the bed sheets and towels were clean. The staff is friendly, and having a kitchen is very convenient. Everything is quite old, but if it were kept clean, it would be acceptable.

Pros:

Staff was nice, there was a free refill station for water, it had different restaurants and stores close by, as well as easy access to public transportation, which was close by.

Cons:

Window blinds were broken and didn’t work, air was really bad inside the room and there was no fan/AC, sink in the bathroom was leaking.

Près du métro et d intermarché et bonne literie

Cons:

Pas de clim , nous avions 2 ventilateurs dont 1 très sale qui avait pas du tout été nettoyé, appartement remplis de poussière et trace de doigts sur les vitres .

Good location and facilities, recommended when weather is not very hot
Pros:

Staff friendliness. Location close to supermarket & short walk to Metro station. Quiet at night with windows open.
Kitchen facilities in room, especially fridge.
Brita water dispenser in Lobby (up until it broke down).
Air conditioning in entrance lounge (up until it broke down).

Cons:

Only one lift of 2 in service, due to breakdown of second lift since 2 weeks before our arrival. This made being on 5th floor quite challenging since hotel was full.
Breakdown of Brita water machine in lobby, after 2 days of ignoring a warning message.on its screen, pointed out to staff.
Breakdown of lobby air conditioning, most likely caused by continued choking of warm air outlet by window shutter.
Water seepage onto floor of ensuite from toilet, only while sitting on it.
