The location was away from the central hub. The staff were not what you would expect at a resort style hotel. The pool

Stunning views!
Pros:

Absolutely loved the property! Enjoyed the pools, beach, restaurants and different menu options made available. The staff were very professional and helpful. You could access staff 24/7 for any assistance, including the buggy. Access to the beach, plenty of seating and photo ops!

Cons:

The air conditioning in the villa didn’t really work well.

TV outdated, smart TV would be preferred. Our TV was not on for entire stay. Sad.

Нам понравился отель своим пляжем , ухоженным зеленым территорием , и развлекательным центром . Для взрослых и для детей есть чем заняться , на пляже, на море водным видом спорта И рестораны итальянский, завтраки вкусные.

Cons:

Не понравилась обслуживание , ( не везде)холодное отношение к гостям мы почувствовали сразу на ресепшене при регистрации, что нам Не Рады . (((. Сразу скажу есть языковой барьер мы плохо говорим по Английски . Заселение заняло около 40 мин в жаркую погоду , Не могли долго определиться с номером , Хотя, Мы забронировали заранее. номер , с завтраками и ужинами , на 4 персоны . Хотели бы сразу заселиться в номер если готов . Прибыли около 13/00 ч . Дня. Сотрудник Отеля пытался нам продать Внимание ‼️наш же номер задорого , якобы там шире и лучше, там Резиденция С , ближе к морю и отличный вид. Почти согласились … Но отказались мы приехали В эту же Резиденцию -С❗️🤣. Но все ровно заставили каждый день Платить за ребенка младшего заплатить за ужин. Сказали ребенку младшему не включен ужин ((( . Это было не приятно и не понятно почему мы должны платит дважды. На ужин не включен обычная вода ❗️🥺 для нас это не привычно((( При заселении мы спросили про питание. и да у вас все ок , Завтрак и Ужин на 4 персоны оплачены. У нас было большое путешествие , сначала мы были в Гонк -Конге, там нас хорошо встретили .

У них есть сотрудник русско язычный , но тоже не хотел говорить. Мы в следующий старшим сыном подошли , здороваться не хотел , допустим занят был🤣😁. Освободился еще раз подошли а он Что надо ?!!! 😁 вопрос был Простой если трансфер и хотим понять у отеля есть доп .услуги -Экскурсии . Сказал у них нет ничего и ничем нам не поможет. и другие сотрудники тоже , до свидания! 🤣. Hyatt Hotels Corporation — американская компания, управляющая сетями отелей высшего класса ! Сотрудники плохо обучены мы путешествием по всему миру , 5 звезд ночном отеле в первый раз вижу Хамское отношение .

Excellent staff and service! Many food options. Beach and pools were mazing. Plus to have tennis and pickle ball! Kids had so much to do. GREAT FAMILY vacation. Would go back! Kids didn't want to leave!

Cons:

Rooms (couch and furniture) need updating. Bathroom was dark and needs better lighting. Hairs on the floor so cleaning and room service was not so spot on. There was blood in the glass enclosure of the toilet area which I needed to remove and clean before I used it. Good thing I travel with Lysol wipes!
