Nos hizo muy felices!!! Excelencia
Pros:

Superó nuestras expectativas!!! Todos los años venimos a Milán y nos hospedamos en el cuadrilátero. Armani es moderno. El spa excelente. La gente muy amable. Es el mejor que he estado!!!! Además bajé a la magnífica boutique y renové mi vestuario!!!!!

تجربة سيئة جدًا: ما فيه تكييف بالشكل المتوقع من فندق خمس نجوم، حشرات وقرصات طول الليل، وفواتير مطعم خلتني أحس إني اننصب

ولا شيء بصراحة. دفعت سعر فندق خمس نجوم، لكن اللي حصلت عليه تجربة ما تستاهل حتى نص المبلغ. إلى اليوم أحاول أعرف وين الخمس نجوم بالضبط

من وين أبدأ؟

فندق خمس نجوم بدون تكييف في أغلب الغرف، وفي عز أغسطس! شيء غير معقول. تدفع مبلغ كبير جدًا على أساس إنك جاي ترتاح، وبالنهاية تضطر تفتح الشباك عشان تقدر تنام.

وطبعًا لما تفتح الشباك، تبدأ حفلة الحشرات. دخلت الحشرات الغرفة وصحينا وجسمنا مليان قرصات. والأجمل؟ مو ليلة وحدة… ليلتين كاملتين وإحنا نعيش نفس المعاناة.

يعني باختصار: تدفع سعر خمس نجوم عشان تنام بحر أغسطس، والشباك مفتوح، وتصير أنت والعائلة بوفيه مفتوح للحشرات.

والفندق يتكلم عن ملايين انصرفت على التجديد. ممتاز، بس السؤال: وين راحت؟ لأن أبسط شيء يحتاجه النزيل في أغسطس — غرفة مريحة ومكيفة — ما قدروا يوفرونه.

وبعدين جاء المطعم وكمل التجربة. بعد مشكلة الفاتورة والطريقة اللي تم شرحها لي فيها، راجعت الإيصالات واكتشفت إن الكلام اللي قيل لي ما كان يطابق اللي أشوفه قدامي. ولما سألت الموظفة عن الموضوع، بدل ما أحصل على تفسير واضح، سألتني إذا كنت أبغاها تخسر وظيفتها!

أنا جاي فندق خمس نجوم، مو جاي أحقق في فواتيري وأحاول أفهم وش انحسب علي وليش.

طلعت من الفندق وأنا حاس إني انضحك علي من البداية للنهاية.

بالنسبة لي، التجربة كانت كارثية: سعر مبالغ فيه، أغلب الغرف بدون تكييف، حشرات وقرصات، وتجربة مطعم خلتني أفقد الثقة تمامًا بالمكان.

لو فيه أقل من نجمة، كان اخترتها.

مستحيل أرجع له، ومستحيل أنصح فيه أحد.
وفروا فلوسكم وأعصابكم وروحوا أي مكان ثاني
