地理位置，房間品質都不錯，很吵，促銷親子活動但卻讓一般住宿人在吵鬧環境下，很不舒服

晚上在Buffet用餐時來了樂隊表演且距離用餐區很近，因音量過高導致耳朵不適也影響用餐，無奈之下只能找櫃檯的男主管反應當時的狀況，結果對方不但表現出不耐煩的態度還沒有提供任何解決方式或者其他回應，甚至在結帳時算錯找錢的金額，導致整體用餐體驗不佳，不符合五星級飯店應有的服務。
