Needs to be refurbished

Cons:

Issue with the lamo (electrical glitch) and the toilet and shower was glogged. Reception was advise but did nothing.

Malheureusement pour moi et mon conjoint nous ne réserverons plus à cet hôtel.
Pros:

L’emplacement est magnifique avec sa vue sur la montagne et les chambres sont de bonnes dimensions.

Cons:

L’entretien des équipements est désuet, dans notre chambre la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, le lendemain on demande d’être transféré de chambre la 1ère, on a encore droit à une climatisation non fonctionnelle et la 2e on a droit à une chambre « upgrader » où sur 2 a/c une ne fonctionnait pas.

Les lits étaient confortables et les employés rencontrés ont été de très bon service.

Cons:

Il y avait un énorme trou dans la salle de bain et de la moisissure dans la douche. On a demandé à changer de chambre, ce qui a été fait sans problème.

Tout est très désuet et demande de la rénovation. On se sent au début des années 2000. On voit des traces d'usure un peu partout ds la chambre (grafignes, déchirures, etc.)

Le plancher de la chambre n'était pas très propre, on voyait les pas du dernier occupant.
