Gutes Hotel an toller Lage mit nettem Personal
Pros:

Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend, die Brotauswahl war nicht so toll. Dafür die Aussicht auf der Dachterrasse atemberaubend und der Andrang hat sich gut verteilt. Die Terrasse serviert auch am Abend leckere Speisen, wenn auch im oberen Preissegment. Lage zentral, in 5 Minuten ist man an der nächsten Tramhaltestelle, in 10 Minuten im Touristenhotspot SultanAhmet. Das Personal an der Reception ist sehr hilfsbereit. Trinkwasserflaschen werden täglich wieder aufgefüllt.

Pros:

The location is really convenient for the main sites in Sultanhamet. The view from the breakfast/restaurant area is amazing!

Cons:

I had an economy single room and it was very dark - lacking natural light and good lighting inside. Room smelled badly of smoke but I think lots of hotels allow smoking in Turkey.

Exceptional staff and great location.
Pros:

Staff are exceptional. Friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for walking to all sites and restaurants. Our room was very clean and we had a beautiful view.

Pros:

Very kind staff and very helpfull. Room is very clean and spacious, bed comfortable and pillows too. Complimentary water. Breakfast is very nice, many options and fresh pastry. Hotel is close to Cemberlitas tram station but it is a little bit up hill (not flat).

Cons:

Balcony is beautiful, view is stunning, but it would be great if there are parasols or some kind of shade in the balcony, since during the day is is not possible to use it due to sun.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und bemüht. Besonders der Servicejunge und Sems (xmen) vom Frühstücksbüfet waren sehr zuvorkommend und ausgesprochen nett.

Pros:

Soggiorno piacevolissimo. L'hotel è vicino alle fermate del tram comodo per raggiungere il centro.
Il personale è stato molto cordiale e gentile pronto a risolvere qualsiasi dubbio o problema. Ma il top del top è
il ristorante al sesto piano con una bellissima vista dall'alto e piatti ottimi.
Se dovessi ritornare ad Istanbul questo sarà ancora senza dubbio il mio hotel. Veramente bravi, grazie.

Pros:

Posizione strategica, hotel vicino alle maggiori attrazioni (Moschea Blu, Hagia Sofia, Basilica Cisterna, ecc.) ed a 100m dalla fermata T1 che consente di raggiungere rapidamente altre zone del lato Europeo.
Noi avevamo camera con balcone vista Bosforo, ampia e luminosa.
Colazione a buffet varia ed abbondante in terrazza con panorama mozzafiato.
Abbiamo anche effettuato una cena nella stessa terrazza e considerando la qualità media(bassa) dei locali nei dintorni, è stata apprezzata.
Personale della struttura attento e disponibile su ogni aspetto.
