Staff was awesome and food was good. It had the beach town vibe of the US. Mostly young 20’s, 30’s adults with a few older couples mixed in.

Great location, nice pool area and very kind and helpful staff. View from the rooms is amazing.
Rooms are quite small, beds not too comfortable and worst of all the rooms are very loud...
Beautiful view, terrace with sun lounges and the location was fantastic. The room was nice and clean bed comfortable.
Kettle and coffee machine in room but no tea bags and only 1 coffee pod which was decaf and no milk in fridge so whats the point of having a kettle and coffee machine.Also beach towels are chargeable which you should get complimentary like other hotels. Breakfast not great and on last day both coffee machines were not working and nobody rushed to fix them.

L’emplacement seul hic, parking petit donc faut réserver avant. Plus pratique avec une petite voiture pour trouver de quoi se garer. Le buffet du soir aussi est très appréciable !
Et les cocktails, à prix très correct comparé à Palma, et en plus au bord de la piscine 👌
Le couple de la chambre voisine qui se dispute à 1h du matin et qui se croyait seul !

Que mi habitacion estaba pegada al asensor, y se escuchaba mucho ruido por la noche como subia y bajaba.
Das Hotel liegt ruhig auf den Klippen etwas am Rande der lauten Partyhochburg Magaluf über eine stellte Straße zu erreichen. Der Ausblick ist einfach fanatisch. Sowohl von den Zimmern mit direktem Meerblick, als auch von Restaurant und vom Pool und natürlich von der Rooftopbar aus.
Top Service, jeder Wunsch wurde sofort umgesetzt (Rezeption, Housekeeping, Restaurant), der Parkplatz ist mit 20€/ Tag teurer, aber extrem angenehm, da es in der Umgebung fast keine Parkplätze gibt.
Die Sauberkeit ist in allen Bereichen perfekt.
Unser Zimmer war sehr ruhig, gutes "Kingsizebett" (140cm breit) mit fester Matratze, schönes Badezimmer mit großer Dusche.
Balkon mit Tischchen und 2 Sesseln.
Fazit: Wenn es jemanden schon nach Magaluf verschlägt, dann ein tolles Haus.
Wenn jemand feiern gehen möchte, dann besser unten in der Stadt.
Es gibt leider keinen direkten Meerzugang, da von der kleinen Plattform, die über eine steile Treppe zu erreichen ist, keine Leiter zum Heraussteigen montiert wurde.
Das Essen ist eher durchschnittlich (man findet sich aber immer etwas), die Preise für Longdrinks sind hoch, die Qualität eher gering.

Les gens qui réservent un transat en posant une serviette et qui n’utilisent pas. Pas de place pour les autres dommage. Pensez à réserver le parking (20€/jour).
