Beautiful Sea View and Friendly Staff
Pros:

The staff were really friendly, and both breakfast and dinner were really worth the price. The sea view was absolutely gorgeous. I have nothing to complain about.

Cons:

The large overhead shower kept running even when we wanted to use only the smaller handheld shower, so it didn’t work properly.
One more thing we noticed was that the staff were sometimes a little too quick to clear the plates. On a few occasions, food that I was still planning to eat was taken away.

Alles schön, mit nur leider eintönigem Essen bei “besonderer” Ernährungsform (Veganismus).
Pros:

Pro: tolles Personal, im Zimmer gab es alles, was man soweit brauchte, drinnen und draußen einige Sitzmöglichkeiten, regelmäßige Abendprogramme, privater Zugang zum Meer über eine Treppe hinter dem Pool Bereich

Cons:

Contra: für Veganer*innen leider sehr dürftiges Angebot. Beim Frühstück war nicht alles beschriftet, sodass man bei jeglichen Backwaren (Brot, Baguette, Croissants, Kuchen etc.) fragen muss, ob sie vegan sind. Außer Marmelade kann man eigentlich nichts auf dem Brot essen, auch die Margarine ist nur vegetarisch. Frühstück besteht daher hauptsächlich aus Obst und Gemüse. Auch in den Restaurants oder Märkten in der Nähe eher wenig Auswahl für Veganer*innen.
Das Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen neu sortiert, sodass man jeden Morgen aufs Neue schauen musste, wo sich was befindet und was für Veganer*innen verfügbar ist.

A fabulous way to wind down & reset.
Pros:

Stunning views from every area of the hotel. Staff were friendly, helpful & hard working. Loved the quirky style & design - very lively & young vibe. Entertainment varied & very high standard.

Cons:

It was a little crowded around the pool at times. Maybe make more if the little beach with loungers? Or add a larger pool or plunge pool just to cool off?

Pros:

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement magnifique, avec une très belle vue sur la mer, qui est clairement l’un de ses grands atouts. Les espaces sont agréables et l’établissement est très propre. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse, la disponibilité et le professionnalisme du personnel. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, varié et de qualité, tout comme la restauration en général. La grande plage de Calvià toute proche est également superbe.

Cons:

Nous avons surtout été déçus par la literie, que nous ne trouvons pas au niveau attendu pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, notamment en termes de confort et de dimensions du lit. Plus globalement, nous avons trouvé le rapport qualité-prix assez moyen : l’hôtel est agréable, mais pour le tarif pratiqué, nous avons déjà séjourné dans des établissements offrant davantage de prestations pour un prix inférieur.
Il faut également savoir que l’hôtel se situe à Magaluf : l’environnement immédiat est très touristique, avec beaucoup de bars, commerces et lieux festifs, ce qui peut parfois donner une impression assez « cheap » et manquer de charme majorquin. Cela ne dépend évidemment pas directement de l’hôtel, mais c’est à prendre en compte selon le type de séjour recherché.
