Wszystko na tak.
Pros:

Tak naprawdę wszystko tak jak powinno wyglądać w hotel 4*. `Śniadania bardzo fajne, świerze produkty, również dla vegan. Pokój przestronny, czysty, wygodny. Lokalizacja odpowiednia. Personel miły i pomocny. Cisza, spokój.

Cons:

Jedynie uwaga to koniecznośc wykonywania drobnych napraw w pokojach aby wyglądały cały czas odpowiednio dla 4*.

Un lieu extrêmement agréable, propre et luxueux
Pros:

Le confort de la chambre, la qualité du buffet, du petit-déjeuner et du dîner et la propreté dans tout l'hôtel

Cons:

La difficulté à se garer dans les alentours car le parking est payant (20€ par jour seulement jusqu'à 11h le lendemain)

Lovely hotel with fab views, need more info regarding facilities at check in
Pros:

Rooms were nice and generally the hotel was really nice - though I don't think we see it all.

Cons:

Hard to navigate to find things within the hotel, even signs near the lifts don't state where all the areas are for example we didn't see signs for the rooftop bar (we didn't go), we had to navigate our own way down to the swimming pool had no idea what floor it was on (only once in lift it states where to go).
On our last day as leaving late - asked to use the shower room (which they reception were very accommodating of) however this was suppose to have been booked in advance - wasn't explained. I just feel it is a great hotel but more detail is needed when you check in.

L’endroit idéal pour se ressourcer et déconnecter.
Pros:

J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’emplacement de l’hôtel, un peu à l’écart des lieux festifs, ainsi que son cadre idyllique.

Cons:

La communication avec la réception. L’hôtel propose un service de taxi pour se déplacer en dehors de Magaluf. Malheureusement, nous avons manqué notre excursion, car le personnel de l’accueil ne nous a pas informés que le taxi avait été annulé à 2 reprises. Nous avons ainsi attendu près de deux heures inutilement, pour finalement ne pas pouvoir rejoindre le lieu de rendez-vous.

En guise de dédommagement, l’hôtel nous a simplement offert une boisson. Compte tenu du fait que l’excursion coûtait 65 € par personne et que cette situation est due à un manque de communication de leur part, nous estimons qu’un geste commercial plus conséquent, comme un repas offert, aurait été plus approprié.

Pros:

La vue était super

Cons:

Le comportement du personnel laisse à désirer.
Nous sommes en vacances pour nous détendre pas pour nous faire presser et refuser l’accès à certaines parties de l’hôtel comme le parking pour décharger les valises ou bien le niveau zéro qui normalement ferme à minuit alors que à 11h tout est déjà arrangé et on nous demande de libérer le lieu.
La demande du lit double n’a pas non plus été respectée
