Fabulous find! But next time, will choose the room with the view.
Pros:

Clean rooms, very near the City proper. 4min drive to SM &/or Parish Church. Cafes, restaurants are easy to find while walking or browsing the internet.

Cons:

Nice property! All’s within walking distance, even the Victory Liner bus hub w/c we used to & from Baguio. We took the luxury buses from PITX on Pasay & back to Manila we took the luxury bus of Victory Liner. Both trip took us only four (4) hours of commute to our destination place!

I love our stay. We will definitely come back again.

All the staff are warm and welcoming. Requests are quickly attended. Beds are comfy and rooms are huge.

Pros:

Comfy bed, friendly staff, location. I asked for extra pillows. It was provided for free. No questions asked.

Cons:

The shower does not have a divider from the toilet like a sliding door. So the whole toilet and bath is wet after shower.
