Pros:

Great swimming pools and very tasty meals - breakfest and dinner.
Very polite hotel personnel.
Clean and large swimming pools outside and also spa & wellness inside.
Easy access to tennis courts for free.
At least some evening enetertaniement - usually one person.
Good quality and value for money.

Cons:

Would be great to have more fancy evening entertainments, and starting earlier, when more people may join.
English language skills missing at personnel.

superbra frukost det mesta fanns.

Cons:

det enda som egentligen inte hotellet kan påverka var väl själva området vi bodde vid. Närmare Palma är lite mysigare, i denna del var centrum delvis en central bargata med lite yngre eller annan målgrupp än vi egentligen sökte eller väljer. Lite mer charterkänsla a la Palma Nova. Vi valde åka in till Palma de flesta kvällar som passade mer vår smak.

Mitarbeiter kompetent und freundlich, leider Reception/Management ausgenommen.

Cons:

Handtücher ausen am Balkon zum trocknen sieht nicht schön aus, ist nicht nötig, hat einen Handtuchhalter auf dem Balkon.

Una estancia para repetir

Servicio impecable y atención excepcional por parte de todo el equipo. Lucas destacó especialmente por su amabilidad, profesionalidad y permanente disposición para ayudar, reflejando a la perfección el excelente nivel de servicio que caracteriza al hotel. Ya que todos, desde el personal de recepción hasta los camareros, hasta el equipo de cafeterías y limpieza, todos demostraron una extraordinaria amabilidad, cercanía y vocación de atención al cliente, junto con una actitud proactiva y una notable capacidad para comunicarse en varios idiomas.
El hotel ofrece un alto nivel de confort tanto en las habitaciones como en las zonas comunes. Destacan el excelente desayuno y buena oferta para comidas. Las instalaciones son limpias y el establecimiento muestra una gran flexibilidad para adaptarse a las necesidades de los huéspedes. Además, dispone de fácil aparcamiento en los alrededores, un agradable skybar con música y una ubicación privilegiada en una zona muy tranquila, pero con acceso sencillo, incluso a pie, a la playa, al paseo marítimo y a diversas zonas de ocio y entretenimiento.
En definitiva, una experiencia sobresaliente, y altamente recomendable.
