L’emplacement et le personnel

Cons:

Le service de voiturier (on a attendu 45mn notre voiture après une erreur de leur part, sachant que c’était notre départ à l’aéroport et qu’on avait bien précisé en amont l’horaire de logistique)

Location & Service was spectacular.

Cons:

Out of the hotels we stayed in Italy, this was the only hotel that took time to give a receipt. Even I have requested it ahead of time at this booking app. Also, there is a room appreciation tax and f&b appreciation tax that will be divided amongst the staff. Though you have the freewill to have it taken out, it is kinda shameful to have it deducted when it was already printed on the invoice. :) It makes customers have a harder time to say no, rather than we freely give the tips ourselves.

Perfect base to explore Florence
Pros:

The perfect base from which to explore Florence. All the main attractions were just a few minutes' walk away, so we could drop off bags and carry on exploring unencumbered. The hotel was a haven of tranquillity after a hectic day exploring the city. We were always met by a cheerful doorman who welcomed us back.
The heated towel rail and excellent GHD hairdryer were an added bonus.
The staff were, without exception, friendly and helpful.

Een ervaring die ons altijd bij zal blijven
Pros:

De locatie en het vriendelijke personeel. Ik noem hier Martina die werkzaam was tijdens het ontbijt. Maar het overige personeel was ook zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Massage was niet op niveau. Een niet Engelse masseuse is absoluut onaanvaardbaar. Zeker voor het bedrag wat ervoor wordt gevraagd.
