つつぎは違うホテルに宿泊します
Pros:

チェックイン、アウト後荷物を預けられるのが良かった

Cons:

部屋の湿気、特にベットがひどく不快でした。部屋の掃除がゆきとどいてなくて鏡に指紋がついており、トイレは髪の毛がおちていました。何年前着た時従業員の挨拶が気持ち良かったが、今回は挨拶が少なめであまり気分が良くなかった

良かった
Pros:

ブッキングドットコムでは、喫煙ルームでしか予約いっぱいで取れなかったが希望を伝えていた所、禁煙ルーム、それもセミダブルをツインに変更いただけていた。また、テレビの音が出ないというトラブルに対して、直ぐに対応し、部屋変更して頂けた。

窓口対応の方は良い方もいた一方、愛想が悪い方がいた。

朝食バイキングでの牛乳がとても美味しかった
大浴場で脚を伸ばして入浴できたこと。とても気持ち良かったです。
