Pros:

3人で泊まれる部屋があり、朝食付きでリーズナブルに宿泊出来た。
松江城に近くロケーションが良い。

Cons:

本館と別館が有り、通路やエレベーターの位置など入り組んでいて迷子になりそう。
3階の部屋のせいか窓からの景色が隣のビルの壁面だった。

早餐不錯吃；便利的地點；注意床單的清潔
Pros:

早餐不錯吃，住宿附近有機能還行，走路5分鐘可以到便利超商；走路7-8分鐘到三島屋超市。附近滿多居酒屋。因地方政策要付住宿稅。

Cons:

有一間房間的床單沒有換，裡面有撒隆巴斯的味道，因為是睡覺前才將被子掀開準備入睡才發現，老媽傻傻也沒即時下去反應。隔天吃早餐前向櫃台反應，但櫃台表明有清潔完成作業。退房時再告知一次，比較資深的櫃台人員有跟我們道歉，並表示會加強訓練。我們不是要什麼優惠或者換取免費住，只是想讓飯店知道有這件事，並重視這問題改善處理。

癒される旅だった
Pros:

大浴場があるのが良かった。部屋も浴場もとても清潔だった。大橋川や宍道湖にも近く、散歩にも便利だった。

Excelente servicio y calidad
Pros:

La habitación impecable, tal como lo esperaba de un hotel de esta cadena, el baño excelente. El desayuno estaba rico y lo mejor los postres, ese toque dulce necesario para complementar. Un dato extra es que era la primera vez que visitaba Matsue, elegí la ciudad por una búsqueda en internet, así que después de hacer el check-out pregunté como llegar al castillo y me orientaron de la mejor manera, lo que denota un excelente servicio y la cordialidad de su personal.

Cons:

Tuve que caminar más de 30 minutos para llegar, lo cual para un turista cansado de un viaje largo no es algo muy cómodo, talvez la crítica sea para la reseña de exactamente donde está ubicado.
