Cons:

外部駐車場への案内が分かりにくかった。外部駐車場の出入り口が狭く、左折時に車の左後方をぶつけてしまった。(これはホテルとは関係ないですが⋯後味悪い)

お部屋は広くてきれいで
お風呂も大浴場も清潔で気持ち良く入れました
朝食も品数も味も満足しました
もし松江で泊まるならまたこちらを利用させてもらいます

Cons:

駐車場の係りのオジサンがとても不親切で、説明も不明瞭でしたので到着した時はとても不愉快でした
フロント係りは新人の感じだったからちょっと頼りなくて、ホテル選びを失敗したかと思いましたがお部屋に入ると快適で安心しました。

Pros:

ホテルの朝食がよい。周りにコンビニもあるし、夜は居酒屋に行きやすいロケーションでした。

Cons:

大浴場が温泉ならもっとよいが、お部屋のユニットバスに比べれば大浴場でよかった。

ごく普通のビジネスホテル。時期としてはお手頃価格でした。朝食は充実。でも混雑していた。

Good hotel set in a nice area with very good breakfast
Pros:

The Route Inn properties are very similar and we like them. A few things stood out for us in Matsue. We are traveling on bicycles and good secure parking was available. The hotel is in the older historic part of the city and it is a lovely area to walk around especially in the early evening. We felt the breakfast buffet was a step up from other Route Inn offerings. So yes, recommended!
