もう少しお値段を下げてもらえたら、また行きたいと思う。
Pros:

ちょっと山に隠れるけど、富士山がよく見えた。お風呂の窓が大きく、富士山を見ながら温泉に浸かることができた。
朝食が美味しい。コーヒーやパンも良かった。

Cons:

部屋を出てからのエレベーターの場所が分かりにくい。　部屋のトイレに入るのに段差がすごいので、お年寄りだったら手すりが必要かも。　冷蔵庫は予め冷やしておいてほしい。

Great views of Mount Fuji across the lake, clean and comfy hotel
Pros:

The hotel has a great view of Mount Fuji to the front. The rooms are small and a little dated, but they are clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was buffet style, mostly Japanese but with a small continental selection. The location is great, not directly in the town but great views over the lake towards mount Fuji, there is also a free shuttle bus to the town that you can book in on at reception.

Cons:

It’s a little dated, but we didn’t really spend that much in the room anyway.

Pros:

Very nice place to stay! Awesome view on Mt Fuji and Lake, helpful personel, good English communicaton, tasty breakfast, shuttle bus to centrum, tidy. Onsen with beautiful view with long hours of opening

Pros:

The lady on reception was really lovely.
They have a nice little shop and a waiting area on first floor.
They have a car park
The dining area looks out onto the lake, and the hot soring also looks out onto the lake so you can see quite a bit of the righthand side of Mt Fuji.

Cons:

We has a double bed room on the second floor. It was the room ★without a lake view (the lake view was pricy) so I guessed it would be a mountain view but it looked out onto a grey concrete wall, and old corrugated plastic above. It really WAS a room with no view.
The food wasn't labelled and the menu for vegans was pretty much just lettuce, rice and tofu. ... I wish they had a better offering.
The pillows weren't very comfortable.

Very satisfied, good location, great price
Pros:

Hotel provided shuttle bus service to from station or the bus just in front of the hotel. The onsen is the best, you can see the Mt Fuji. I travel solo and with no view single bed room, but the room still spacious. Very delicious buffet style breakfast for free.
