Pros:

小浴場があり、時間内は貸切なので他の人を気にせずゆっくりできました。

Cons:

部屋の電話が使えませんでした。音もならず、直接フロントへ。電話の故障でした。電話は交換出来ず、何かあった時のために、部屋自体を変更となりました。

Pros:

O atendimento de um senhor que me recebeu e de outro,que me levou a estação gratuitamente (o hotel tem esse serviço) foi excelente e o quarto, apesar de muito pequeno, tem tudo que necessita. Café da manhã incluso, pães e salada de frutas para ocidentais, para outros coisas deles que não sei o que é.A vista do lago deve ser linda,porém choveu muito e não vi nada.

Cons:

O atendimento de uma recepcionista de óculos. Ela disse não ter tradutor (o meu estava molhado pela chuva)e que não tem o serviço de despertar(ao menos foi o que entendi,sem tradutor).A má vontade é incrível e devido a isso, andei muito embaixo de chuva, tendo ônibus para tomar,pois o lago,que concentra os hotéis e atrações, é um pouco longe da estação.

イメージダウンです。
Cons:

最初に案内された部屋は部屋臭有り、トイレ洗面扉に歯を磨いた液が垂れ乾燥した跡があった。また、ティッシュペーパー箱はほこりが積もっていた。ので、部屋を変えてもらいました。以前仕事でよく利用していたがこんなことは初めて。イメージが変わりました。

下次去河口湖還會想選這間
Pros:

飯店一出去即是河口湖，大眾池甚至能邊泡湯邊欣賞風景，很讚！而且還有接駁巴士，從飯店到河口湖車站很方便～

Cons:

房門還是使用鑰匙，而不是電子鎖，有點小麻煩

Pros:

スタッフの方は気軽に話しやすかったです。お風呂は、のんびりはいれたし、清潔感が感じられました。コーヒーは、時間がきめられていましたが、ドトールのコーヒーがのめました。氷も無料で、たすかりました。朝ご飯は、ネギとろがあり。洋食も凝ったものではないですが、まんべんなくありました。満足でした。

Cons:

建物が古いが、きれいにリフォームされていました。部屋はツインでしたが、狭く感じました。大浴場があったので、ほぼつかいませんでしたが、段差がかなりあり、不便を感じました。

Pros:

I like the breakfast, so many choices. We saw Mt. Fuji while we were eating breakfast.

Cons:

They advertised in booking.com that they have free shuttle from the terminal to the hotel. We waited at the "hotel bus pick up station" at the terminal for long as instructed in their email to us, but found out that they do not have shuttle bus.

Pros:

総体的にみて、料理は夕食・朝食ともに美味しかったです。また、お風呂も大きくゆったり入ることができました。加えて、たまたま花火大会を見ることができ、コスパ最高でした！

Cons:

・お風呂のサウナが、故障で使えなかった。
・髭剃り(カミソリ)が、全然切れなかった。
・早朝、お風呂のトイレが汚かった。
・ビリヤードや卓球は無料とのことであったが、同じ人達が専有してずっと遊んでいたため、結局全然遊べなかった。ダーツだけ有料なのも違和感があった。
