Cons:

駐車場が有料だった事にビックリです。
過去ルートインの宿泊では全て無料だった。
更に2泊3日での宿泊だったので2日分を支払ったが個人的な理由で急遽一泊2日に変更した際勿論宿泊費は戻らない事は承知のうえだが駐車場代ももどらないのか？

The location is very good. Onsen is probably the other worthy highlight. Coffee machine in the lobby. The staff is amazing.

Almost everything: rundown feeling, gloomy corridors with matte windows, cheapish worn-out rooms with linen and cover to match, extremely spartan pillow, balcony that is locked up actually and is just a waste of space,

朝食と食事会場のスタッフを改善すべき。。

フロントのスタッフさんが、親切でした。

Cons:

朝食。本当に残念でした。
配置も直線だから行列。お盆やお皿は不足しているし、食べ物もほぼなかった。外人さんが多いのにパンが全く補充されなくて、可哀想だった…。
全然食べ物なくて朝食付けなければ良かったです。

Cons:

バスタブが滑っていたのと、髪の毛がかなり落ちていて不快だった。
トイレも汚く、バスルーム自体が排水の匂いがきつかった。
