満足。また泊まりたい。
Pros:

大浴場付きだったこと。
駐車場が無料だったこと。
入浴後フロントの前を通ったら、「お休みなさいませ」とフロントの女性がにこやかに声をかけてくれたこと。

Cons:

チェックインするときに対応してくれたフロントの男性がタバコ臭かった。

2度と来ない。
Pros:

無い。以前にもあったがBomkingComに登録されている私の名前が間違ってませんか？このホテルにチェックインする際、またその前にも名前の確認をされた。そもそも、新潟も秋田もホテルの格付け点数がまるで間違っている。もう信じない。

Cons:

良い点がまるでないのは当たり前で十月から全面改修するとこのこと。何故この様なホテルをリマークつけなかったのか。

良かった
Pros:

ツインを2名で予約したつもりが1名で予約しており、現地でかなり焦りましたが、スタッフの対応が迅速で丁寧でした。
追加料金も安く、結果無事に宿泊出来たのでとても良かった。

Cons:

旧館に宿泊しましたが、隣の部屋の音が聞こえてきてうるさかった。
ユニットバスもひび割れしていて、歪んでいたので使用しませんでした。

Pros:

日帰り温泉が併設され宿泊客も無料入浴できて大変良かった。

Cons:

A棟に宿泊したのですが、エレベーターが１台しかなく、到着時間が多くかかった。

スタッフの皆さんが親切だった

エアコン入れると寒く、切ると暑かった。当日の気温、湿度の関係もあると思うが、もう少し細かく調整できるとありがたい

Pros:

部屋の清潔感、整頓が良かったです。温泉にも入れるのも良かったです。

Cons:

駐車場の看板にホテルの名前が小さく、日帰り温泉の駐車場と勘違いして、戸惑いしました。
