Pros:

1. The location is great. The hotel is right in front of the Bashamichi station exit so it was very easy to find my way and very convenient if you have more luggage. It's also within walking distance to all the attractions in Yokohama. Just two stops from Yokohama station makes it easy to go on a trip anywhere in the region.
2. The room wasn't big but I'd argue it was slightly bigger/better designed than other places I've stayed at (I was able to open my suitcase without an issue, which isn't always the case).
3. It was quiet at night. I'm a light sleeper and I had no issues.
4. Free amenities were of good quality.
5. In general it was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

1. In the bathroom it was a bit difficult to set the right temperature in the shower
2. No view from the window:(
3. Breakfast buffet very nice but only until 9AM

ルートインは好きですが、あまり人には勧めないかも。
Pros:

楽しみにしていた大浴場のお湯がぬるかった。
朝食のおかずの品数がやや少ない。
フルーツが少ない。残念。

ロケーションが良かった。目の前が、旧市役所という所が良かった。

Cons:

なんかベッド付近がタバコ臭かった。後、使ったパジャマ、タオルを持っていってほしかった。

朝食の種類もほどよく、とても美味しく頂きました
雰囲気もモダンで落ち着いて過ごせました

Cons:

景色が全く見えない部屋だったので、そんな宿泊客にも景色が一望できる（みんなが景色を楽しめる空間）があれば最高だなと思います

Pros:

都心のホテルに大浴場があるのはありがたい。物価高の中品数豊富な朝食も美味しかった。キャロットラペツナフライが美味しかった。静かで落ち着いて過ごせた。又利用したいと思う。

Cons:

大浴場を出た所に製氷機の受け皿に出来たての氷が沢山あった。長押しの表示で押しコップをおいて待つと１つづつポロポロで止まったのでコップ離した途端大量に氷が出来たので受け皿に氷がおちてしまった。コップが小さいのと出てくるタイミングが分かりにくいと思う。物価高で大変と思いますが改善願います。

Pros:

駅も近く、観光にはとても良い
間違えて喫煙部屋を予約していて、前日に部屋の変更していただき良かったです。

Cons:

部屋の位置にもよるが、内側は外の景色は見れない。
ほぼ寝るだけだったので、問題はなかった。
