Pros:

温泉が良かった
間違えて喫煙室で予約していたことを当日知り少し心配でしたが、電子タバコのお部屋に変更してくれて臭いが気にならなく快適に過ごせて良かったです
しかも12 階で街が見渡せて良かった。ありがとうございました。

Cons:

冷蔵庫の使い方がいまひとつ分かりづらくて
ビールぬるいまま飲んだのが残念
