Appena arrivati verso le 11 pm , abbiamo già notato il pavimento della hall super sporco e l'assenza della receptionist , ci ha accolto una persona che si è spacciata per il guardiano e parlava solo vietnamita ; appena entrati nella camera familiare un orror, lenzuola sporche e macchiate, formiche dappertutto, macchie sui muri, sedia sulla quale non ci si poteva sedere perchè sgangherata ed a rischio caduta, assenza di sapone per le mani , tenda della finestra sporchissima piena di macchie attaccata al letto, balcone inesistente.Camera piccola per 4 persone, materassi vecchi e scomodi. Abbiamo chiesto delle lenzuola pulite ma ci hanno portato delle lenzuola ancora più sporche (per quanto sporche e spiegazzate, probabilmente usate) Nei corridoi e sulle scale dei vari piani moquettes obsoleta sporca e fatiscente. Le immagini delle camere non corrispondono assolutamente alla realtà. Abbiamo cercato di trovare un'altra soluzione li in zona, ma era quasi mezzanotte e non ci siamo riusciti, Rientrando in hotel abbiamo trovato la hall piena di motorini parcheggiati come fosse un garage (vedi foto) assurdo.La mattina seguente abbiamo trovato un'altra soluzione ed abbiamo lasciato per fortuna l'hotel rinunciando ad un ulteriore notte (che non ci è stata addebitata)

Clean, good location, everything you could need was available. The room was larger than I expected. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and it was quite close to the city center; we could walk everywhere.
Excellent location with great facilities and 24 hour staff is great for having questions answered. The room was bigger than expected. Very well appointed. Very good value. Will stay again
