Pros:

大浴場が最高でした。サウナもミストとドライがあって1泊でしたが3回も入浴しちゃいました。露天風呂はプライバシーがしっかり守られているけれどもしっかりと開放感がある作りでよかったです。
朝食のビュッフェも最高でした。フレンチトーストはシェフを呼びたくなりました笑

Cons:

サウナの外気浴は椅子しかないので寝そべりたい人にとってはいまいちの評価となります。それでもフットチェアはありますが。

Way above than I was expected for a price like that.
Pros:

The rooms are much spacious than most of Japan’s hotels. With the usage of onsen is perfect. Have no complaints for the price I had paid for.

Cons:

Location is a bit out, but I am driving and comes with free parking; so no complaints!

The saunas were great.
In the lobby there was also a decent selection of different commercially available shapoos and hair conditioners from different producers that you could try, which was a pretty fun way to test which ones work well for you.

Cons:

The hotel is on an older side and you can feel it. The room design isn't very considerate for travelers with big luggage. Also the llight switches and outlets are placed on a headboard, meaning that ita near impossible to sit on your bed

Lovely location, beautiful hotel, amazing rooms

Cons:

My travel companion and I just aren't really fans of the pillow style which is a personal thing not the hotel. Although I did as for assistance with understanding the hot springs and even with a translator app and a Japanese keyboard the staff weren't very helpful.
