朝食付きの割にはリーズナブルだと思う。
Pros:

栄駅から近くはないけど歩ける範囲であったこと、館内と室内が清潔であったこと。

Cons:

リサーチ不足だったが、周辺が夜になると賑わうお店が連なっていたので、昼間でも少し治安が悪いこと。　　　　　　　　　　　　あと、廊下の音が丸聞こえで、夜でも気になる時があったこと。
