Pros:

This had to be the worst experience of my life. Could not stay the second nite said got a refund but I don't know how to check on that. You need to take this off your offers. There is absolutely not a pool there. All pictures very deceiving.

Oud hotel maar de locatie maakt alles goed.
Pros:

De locatie is echt prachtig. Uitzicht over het water. Personeel is vriendelijk. Kamer is ruim en schoon, wel oud. Leuk restaurantje.

Cons:

Oud. Badkamer zou vernieuwd moeten worden, maar ze zijn een nieuw hotel aan het bouwen.

Awesome location on the water. Rooms are outdated but still a good stay. The tiki bar has good food and drinks. Staff was nice.

Great location but not great food
Pros:

Excellent view of the water from the balcony, air conditioners work great! Pet friendly and just the best location! Staff is super friendly!

Cons:

The property’s on site restaurant menu has changed so much. There’s not much to choose from. And the food we did eat wasn’t that great. Gator tail is SUPER chewy. Don’t recommend the food there.

We will definately be back prior to the Marriott take-over.
Pros:

Everything was perfect! View, room, just everything. Staff was EXCELLENT!!

Cons:

They will be changing the quant vibes of this hotel when the Marriott comes in. Sad changing to large corporate hotel.

Pros:

Everything you need in one spot! Didn’t have to leave the property for anything.. from putting boat in water, docking, and restaurant and ice! Place has it all! View is amazing and staff were beyond helpful and friendly! Can’t wait to go back!

Excellent location on the water in Crystal River
Pros:

Excellent location in Crystal River, and a very convenient restaurant on property with great sunset views.
Hotel is located right on the water, tour operators are available right off the docks (Manatee tours) and boat ramp (kayak & SUP).

Cons:

Dated and worn. Needs an upgrade, but I believe they’re building a new hotel next door.
