The property is not a five star hotel. Rooms are small and pretty basic. Also, we returned a rental car at airport and were waiting for the shuttle who didn't stop. I had to shout.

Le falta más humanidad e instrucción al encargado de cocina del hotel.

Ubicación fenomenal

Cons:

El encargado de la cocina le “prohibió” el desayuno a mi hijo menor de edad (5 años) aún estando pago. Un hecho desafortunado e indolente por parte de ese colaborador.

i had a great stay. loved the sauna!!
Pros:

breakfast was amazing! fresh delicious and service with a smaile. the room was clean and well organized. wished i had a bath tub instead of shower but that's my preference. great proximity to the airport.

Cons:

i didn't have a bath tub. the front desk couldn't match the "booking" price so i had to take care of that on my own. i prefered they make the reservation. the employees behind the desk were amazing. helpful and kind.
