Very disappointing stay.

The bathroom had a constant sewage smell throughout our stay, as if there was a serious problem with the drainage system. The odor was so strong that using the bathroom was unpleasant.

The air conditioning stopped working on our second night. We reported it immediately, but despite staying another four nights, nothing was done to repair it and offer fan that make noise. It was extremely uncomfortable, especially during the night.

Housekeeping was also poor. On our first day, there wasn't even any hand soap in the bathroom. I had to walk to the reception, which is located in a different building, just to get soap. Basic amenities should be available when guests check in.

Overall, the hotel did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, maintenance, or guest service. The lack of response to the air conditioning problem and the poor attention to guest comfort made our stay very frustrating. I would not choose to stay here again.

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble sauf pour les remarques ci dessus et la méteo capricieuse

juste correct mais pas comme décrit dans la publicité et photos montrées sur le site Booking pas de luxe (véranda vieillotte en rooftop de l’hôtel !!avec vue sur les toits d'autre bâtiment en réfection !!!

Perfect location, great breakfast with fantastic views and friendly staff.
Pros:

Location was perfect for the old city enabling us to walk everywhere.
Breakfast was excellent from the rooftop with a fabulous view of the Bosphorus.
Also great view of the Blue Mosque from the breakfast room.
Friendly and helpful staff.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Azade Suites! Das Frühstück war absolut perfekt – frisch, vielfältig und sehr lecker. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an das unglaublich freundliche Personal. Herr Malik, Herr Serwan und Frau Elmaz sind so herzliche und hilfsbereite Menschen, die unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht haben.

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können dieses Hotel nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen
