Vies, vies en nog is vies

De uitgang !!

Cons:

We kwamen binnen en het was er al vies, toen gingen we naar de kamer en dit was gewoon niet te geloven! Het was zo vies, plukken haren lagen op de grond en in bed, schimmel en bloed op de muren, een douche die nog nooit leek schoongemaakt te zijn het was ongelofelijk smerig! We zijn gelijk de kamer uit gelopen, hebben dit gemeld bij de receptie en die wilde er niks aan doen! Geen geld terug en zijn meteen een ander hotel gaan boeken! Dit wens je je ergste vijand nog niet als je op vakantie gaat!!!

Barely worth the money.
Pros:

So far have stayed 4 nights. Not too bad place. Rooms are clean.

They bring clean towels and toothbrushes everyday behind the door.

Cons:

Neighbour have some karaoke place that is loud some nights.

They do not clean rooms. Today they finally asked if we want room to be cleaned and i told yes and comfirmed again half hour later that it will be cleaned. We stayed out all day and after coming back not even trash was taken out of the room. 😢

Cleaning service is useless and bathroom does not have ventilation, room does not have windows.

Pros:

phòng ốc sạch sẽ, thoáng. Hai giường rộng rãi. tôi rất thích ở phòng nơi đây.

Cons:

Sảnh chờ nội thất hơi cũ và có mùi. Mong sửa sang lại , sau du lịch qua ở tiếp.

Poor quality, dirty, holes in the bedsheets, and above all they charged me for free water!
Pros:

Very disappointed with this hotel.
The overall appearance when you arrive it feels the hotel is very poor, dirty and low quality.
Found the room to be quite dirty, old, stains everywhere, no view at all (and i booked a room with view of the han river).
Went to have breakfast as this is what i booked and there was no choice but only fried eggs... is it really a breakfast!?
So i skipped breakfast.
During the night i felt thirsty so i looked for th USUAL 2 free bottles of water that EVERY HOTEL offers here in Vietnam (and i would say in the rest of the world).
Found the 2 bottles, and double checked on the price list if by any chance i had to pay for it... there was no water listed on that price list.
Took the 2 bottles of 500 ml of water and drunk them.
At the checkout i was charged 20.000 VND for the 2 bottles of waters.
I complained (not for the fact that they were too expensive - and by the wy they were compared to local prices), but i complained for the fact that FIRST there was no written anywhere that those 2 bottles had to be paid and SECOND because no other hotel would charge for the 2 free bottles of water.
Extremely disappointed and won't come back anymore.
Definitely no recommended.
Oh forgot to say that as soon as i arrived the receptionist said that they upgraded my room to a room with window... and i immediately corrected here saying THAT IS NOT AN UPGRADE THAT IS WHAT I BOOKED... and i had to show her that in my booking there was explicitly cited ROOM WITH CITY VIEW or HAN river... btw eventually the room that i was given had nothing of it.

The room is very bad but the location is convenient

The room is very bad, there is no toilet paper, the staff are not friendly, even using phone while talking to guests

Best Hotel in Danang
Pros:

Hotel look tidy,clean and everything is prepared.The receptionist name Carly Ellis also very good service,nice smile,pretty face,polite and she was so patient to explain everything for us and she did recomend some famous and beatiful place for us to visit.i wish to visit da nang again in future and i will stay back in this hotel again
