Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass man uns unkompliziert und ohne Aufpreis vorübergehend ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt hat.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis empfanden wir insgesamt als nicht stimmig. Für den aufgerufenen Preis ist der gebotene Service eher begrenzt.
Das Frühstück wird mit 32 $ pro Person separat berechnet, was wir als sehr hoch empfunden haben. Wir haben daher darauf verzichtet und stattdessen immer außerhalb gefrühstückt.
Schade ist zudem die aktuelle Situation rund um das Restaurant mit der schönen Aussicht, das zwar nicht direkt zum Hotel gehört, aber eng mit dem Aufenthaltserlebnis verbunden ist. Der Blick wäre eigentlich wirklich schön. Während unseres Aufenthalts wirkte der Bereich wenig einladend, insbesondere da die Terrasse ungepflegt war und nicht genutzt werden konnte.
Gerade weil dieser Bereich ein großes Potenzial hat, wäre eine zeitnahe Verbesserung oder Lösung wünschenswert, um das Gesamterlebnis für Gäste deutlich aufzuwerten.

De locatie is uitstekens! De teras is heel mooi, daar te zitten en de iguanas en de pelikans te zien is fantastisch
De service voor het ontbijt! Dat jonge meisje was niet opgeleid, hoeveel water voor 2 kopjes te nodig zijn, was onbekend. En een klein stukje brood en kaas zou ook fijn zijn. 8:50 wordt al opgeruimd, alhoewel ontbijt tot 9 uur is aangegeven. Om 9:30 zit het personeel er rustig te ontbijten. De gast stoort.

Nothing
No facilities in this hotel- this is typical bed&breakfast. Completely nothing to do - no pool, no terraces no sunbeds. Just sitting at small room. It’s crazy price for tris! We decide to cancel reservation after we saw how bad it look. We lost over 1000 dollars, and change for normal hotel with pool and terrace. The hotel manager didn’t agree to return event a part of our money. If you need some place to relax after lots of beautiful trips on Galapagos- don’t book this B&B object. It’s definitely not a real hotel.

Внутри территории некое болото, что сильно увеличивает количество москитов. На завтраке нет овощей. Рядом расположен странный бар, в котором в ночь с субботы на воскресенье играла музыка на только громко после полуночи, что пришлось идти разбираться с администрацией отеля, почему они не могут их угомонить, так как это сильно мешало спать. Тем не менее конфликт был урегулирован, за что отелю спасибо.

Great place and staff!
Unieke lokatie middenin mangrove aan rand van het stadje. Je wordt wakker met de vogels die om het huisje vliegen. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt aan het water is top.
Prijs is wat aan de hoge kant voor de voorzieningen. Kamer was netjes, maar de natuur komt elke dag binnen door kieren en spleetjes in de deur. We hadden elke ochtend mieren in de badkamer.
The location was excellent and the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was great and the staff were lovely. It was a great hotel and I would stay again!
The hotel and breakfast was right by the water and we were able to watch the sea lions.
There seems to be a big fight between the hotel and the restaurant and they are sabotaging each other. the restaurant was playing loud music during the night such that we could not sleep. The hotel provided us with a different room in the middle of the night which was great, but sill a terrible experience overall.

El personal de recepcion un poco soso,precio bastante caro para el hotel que es,en las imagenes nos ofrece terraza para desayuno y restaurante enorme y a nuestra llegada nos hiban a mandar a otro local a 2 linia porque el aforo del hotel no estaba lleno,al final no fue asi pero solo habia 5 mesas para usar,con ningun tipo de terraza ni restaurante,adjunto imajenes
