Habitación con vista hermosa y muy amplia. Ubicación excelente con una estación del metro ahí mismo lo cual te permite mover fácilmente. Un detalle hermoso es que me dejaron un postre el día de mi cumpleaños. Volvería siempre alojarme con ellos

Very disappointing experience. This hotel was far below expectations and clearly unable to handle the number of guests it accepts. The elevators were constantly overcrowded, and waiting 10 minutes or more for an elevator became a daily frustration.
The lobby was also in poor condition, with maintenance work ongoing and an overall atmosphere that felt chaotic and unwelcoming. For the price paid, this level of service and organization is simply unacceptable.
The hotel appears to prioritize maximizing occupancy over guest comfort. Unfortunately, this significantly affected our stay and I would not recommend this hotel to others.
