موظفين الأستقبال عند وصولنا كانوا طيبين ومتعاونين وبشوشين

لم يعجبني المكان حيث كان هناك موظفين أستلام السيارات لم يقوموا بالأحترام وتأخير حركة السير ويقودون السيارات بسرعة في مكان ضيق ، والغرفة ليست جيدة حيث أن الأثاث قديم والسرير غير مريح ولقد تم إغلاق الكهرباء علينا من الساعة 10،20 مساء ولغاية الساعة 12،18 صباحاً ولم يساعدوننا حيث أننا تواصلنا معهم عدة مرات ، ولم يساعدوننا في تنزيل الشنط عند مغادرتنا حيث أنني تواصلت معهم ولم يأتوا لمساعدتنا في حملها.

Amazing hotel, so close to the metro so it's very easy to move around the city!
Pros:

The service in general was great! All the staff always helped us with doubts and requirements.
The bedroom was like a suite and the view, wow! Breakfast with several options even Indian and Arabic food.

Pros:

The views & rooms where good and well equipped. Food was good and had a wide variety. And the staff was good

Cons:

The rooms weren't clean and the ventilation in the bathroom didn't work. This made the bathrooms smell. The rooms need some refurb and we had to ask for our rooms to be made.
