The staff were great and helpful. I needed to change my room from a single bed for a queen bed, and this was done within minutes. The breakfast buffet was good as it's different everyday. They also have a Gym if you want to keep fit during your holidays. The hotel is next to the train station and the Museum of the Future.
We had a lovely experience in this hotel, the staff were very accommodating and the location was perfect (very close to the metro and only a couple stops to dubai mall and the burj Khalifa). The view from our window was beautiful and the breakfast we had every morning was very delicious with a variety of things.

توجد رائحه ف الفندق وكذلك عند الحجز غرفتين لنا وللاطفال لم يوافقوا على تناول الإفطار للأطفال الا بمقابل مبلغ مالي والعذر ان الحجز غرفتين لشخصين فقط مع أن اغلب الفنادق نحجز عن طريق البوكينج لشخصين مع الإفطار ويسمحوا يتناول الأطفال للافطار .

Prime downtown location right by the Museum of the Future and metro station! Beautiful rooms, incredible views, and outstanding service. The Middle Eastern cuisine is excellent—huge shoutout to Chef Mohsen for the fantastic omelettes. Unfortunately, the pool area was a letdown: the water was too hot, and both the pool and deck were noticeably dirty.
Os aspetos positivos da minha estadia resumem-se, essencialmente, à excelente localização do hotel e ao quarto renovado, que oferecia um nível de conforto satisfatório.
Gostaria ainda de destacar, de forma muito especial, o profissionalismo, a dedicação e a disponibilidade do concierge, Sr. Zubair. Apesar das constantes adversidades e constrangimentos que surgiram durante a estadia, demonstrou sempre uma atitude exemplar, procurando encontrar soluções e prestar toda a assistência possível. O seu empenho fez, sem dúvida, a diferença e merece o devido reconhecimento.
Infelizmente, para além destes aspetos, a experiência global ficou aquém das expectativas.
Infelizmente, a minha experiência ficou marcada por uma sucessão de situações que considero inaceitáveis para um hotel desta categoria.
No momento do check-in, foi-me atribuído um quarto que ainda não se encontrava preparado, o que obrigou a uma espera de cerca de uma hora até que estivesse disponível. Quando finalmente entrámos no quarto, verificámos que apresentava um odor desagradável, pelo que solicitei a sua substituição.
Foi então atribuído um segundo quarto que, para minha surpresa, também não reunia as condições mínimas para ser ocupado. Encontrava-se com pó, o sistema de ar condicionado não funcionava, alguns dos amenities tinham sinais evidentes de já terem sido utilizados e permaneciam no quarto, e a televisão estava inoperacional.
Perante esta situação, apresentei uma nova reclamação. Como solução, foi-me atribuído um terceiro quarto, desta vez de categoria inferior à inicialmente reservada, onde permaneci até ao final da estadia.
Considero que esta sucessão de falhas demonstra uma evidente falta de controlo na preparação e verificação dos quartos, comprometendo significativamente a qualidade da experiência e ficando muito aquém do nível de serviço que seria expectável.
