A disappointing stay that fell far below the standards and expectations of a five-star hotel.

Too many issues during our stay. Prior to our arrival, I requested either connecting rooms or rooms on the same floor and close to each other. The staff acknowledged my request and confirmed that it had been noted. However, upon arriving at the property at around 2:10pm we had to wait an additional 40 minutes just to get rooms near each other. We were then informed that connecting rooms are not available at the property at all, which should have been clearly communicated when I initially made the request. The check-in process also took far too long for no clear reason. The rooms have been renovated and look completely different from the photos shown on the booking website. I had booked two rooms, each with two single beds, but instead we received one room with a double bed and another with two single beds. Additionally, not all of the amenities listed in the booking were available in the rooms. We had to contact reception and request them separately. The overall level of cleanliness was below expectations. The air conditioning was also not functioning properly, not only inside the rooms but throughout the property, including the elevators, corridors, and lobby area. The staff were average, neither particularly helpful nor friendly. The buffet selection was also quite limited and certainly did not reflect what I would expect from a five-star hotel. Overall, I am genuinely unsure how this property is classified as a five-star hotel. The experience was far below expectations, and I definitely would not book this hotel again.

Mimo wszystko rozczarowanie. Można wybrać o wiele lepsze hotele
Pros:

Śniadanie różnorodne z ładnym widokiem na Sheikh Zayed Road. Widok z pokoju też zapierający dech w piersiach. Często na recepcji podwyższają za darmo klasę pokoju co jest miłe.

Cons:

Jestem któryś raz w tym hotelu na przestrzeni kilku lat i widze degradacje. Niektóre windy wyglądaja jak towarowe a nie osobowe. Były kiedyś zadbane, teraz nie. Dużo pleśni i bród i w łazience która otrzymaliśmy. Kanapa też stara zużyta. Dużo rzeczy jest już starych. Dywan pachnie starością. Kiedyś tak nie było.

Only lication is good.

Cons:

Only one guy is good If I m not wrong his name was Zubair. Otherwise we waited for pur luggage around six hours to bring in our room. Drinking water took 2 hours to reach the room. Room and washroom have very bad smell. Then they change our room but still 40th floor have smell.

Breakfast is basic - go early because it's carnage when everyone goes at the same time. Wish there were more vegetarian options

The room was a little dated, the carpet should be changed. Tiles in the bathroom could be scrubbed harder.
