Große Enttäuschung
Pros:

Das Personal war, wie bei anderen Gästen beschrieben, wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Herzlichen Dank nochmals an dieser Stelle, es war mir eine Freude!
Das Bett war bequem.
Die U-Bahnhaltestelle Emirates Towers direkt vor der Türe. Besser geht es nicht!

Cons:

Ich bat bereits vorab per Mail um ein ruhiges Zimmer, fernab der Lifts. Ich bekam eines direkt bei den Lifts, direkt unter der Baustelle, die bei der Buchung unerwähnt blieb. Die Zimmer hatten 0,0 mit den Hotelbildern gemeinsam.
Sie waren unpersönlich, ungemütlich und mager eingerichtet.
Der Wasserhahn hat gewackelt, Schimmel in den Ecken der Dusche. Das Display von der Klimaanlage fiel ständig ab.
Das Frühstücksbuffett war zwar sehr groß, aber irgendwie war nie das wirklich richtige für mich dabei. Vllt eine persönliche Einschätzung. Zudem konnte man den Kaffee aus Pappbechern trinken, weil es nicht genügend Porzellantassen hatte. Das ist kein 4 oder 5 Sternestandard!
Der Pool war nur bis 18:00 geöffnet, nicht wie angegeben bis 22:00 Uhr, der in der Beschreibung angegebenen Friseur war nicht existent. War er nie! Eine falsche Angabe.
Die Lounge in der 61. Etage hatte bei 2 von 2 Versuchen bereits geschlossen.
Es führten nur 3 Lifts nach oben. Deshalb lange Wartezeiten und extrem viele Stopps. Mein Zimmer war im 42. Stock. Das hat mich jeden Tag locker 20 Minuten gekostet. Die anderen Lifts führten ins Nirgendwo. Einmal stand ich bei geöffneter Lifttüre vor einem großen Loch. Sollte man besser sperren.
Ich war selten so enttäuscht, wie von diesem Hotel. Es will viel mehr darstellen, als es ist. Die Superbewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.

Самое главное рядом с метро. Вышел из отеля, через минуту уже в метро.
Огромный номер с видом на море! Самые красивые закаты и рассвет 🌄 ❤️‍🔥 романтика.
В номере очень комфортно.
Мы провели две недели.
Завтраки вкусные и сытные. Всегда есть мясо, сосиски, бекон, горячие блюда, рис, макароны, омлет, сыры, овощи, йогурты. Каждый день фрукты ( арбуз, дыня, ананас). Очень вкусные круасаны, кексы. Большой зал в ресторане и много мест.
Этаж был 44.
Цена была невысокой в конце апреля и народу было немного.
