Sin Atención al Cliente

La ubicación

Cons:

La atención al cliente deja mucho que desear. Es como llamar a una compañía telefónica "para reclamar algo": cada vez te atiende una persona distinta y nadie se hace responsable de lo que dijo el anterior.

En nuestro caso, éramos una familia de cinco. Antes de reservar, preguntamos por correo si cabíamos los cinco en el apartamento grande y nos respondieron que sí, "sin problema, estará preparado para cinco a su llegada". Con esa información organizamos el viaje e incluso elegimos definitivamente el alojamiento.

Poco antes de viajar, volvimos a escribir para preguntar por las opciones de aparcamiento y, junto con la respuesta, nos dijeron: "Por cierto, no caben cinco; fue un error". Un error que nos dejó sin alternativas, salvo pagar otro apartamento para cuatro personas.

Lo peor es que, cada vez que explicas lo ocurrido por correo, quien responde se desentiende y actúa como si el error no fuera de Numa, sino de un empleado concreto.

En resumen, es un alojamiento de 10 por su ubicación para visitar Düsseldorf, pero la atención al cliente es muy mala y no muestran ningún interés por solucionar los problemas que ellos mismos

Zimmer sehr großzügig und sauber. Das Frühstück außerordentlich gut und besonders im Frühstücksbereich super engagiertes und nettes Personal.

A gem of a find
Pros:

What a lovely, friendly small hotel. Walking distance to everything. The rooms were well appointed and very comfortable. The staff were all so lovely and helpful. And the atmosphere super welcoming. I was just sad they were full for my second night.

Cons:

The public car park was a bit expensive - even with the hotel discount- but that is not the hotel’s fault!

Tolles Hotel in Düsseldorf
Pros:

Super Frühstück, tolles Zimmer mit bequemen Bett, super Lage, sehr nahe an U-Bahn Station. Ich bin schon zum 2. Mal hier gewesen und komme wieder.

Wir waren nicht das erste Mal im Hotel und werden es immer wieder in Düsseldorf wählen
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber. Es gibt eine sehr gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und aufmerksam, Die Lage ist gut, da KÖ und Rhein auch fußläufig erreichbar sind. Das Parkhaus direkt nebenan ist praktisch und für Gäste etwas günstiger. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unserer Meinung nach unschlagbar.

Das Hotel ist sehr ansprechend und macht Lust auf mehr.......
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Zimmer war sauber und ansprechend, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Obwohl der offizielle Einlass um 15:00 Uhr war, durften wir das Zimmer schon vorher beziehen.

Cons:

Leider waren die Brötchen am Morgen nicht frisch, ansonsten war das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig mit leckerem Rührei. Der Aufzug ist sehr beengt aber vorhanden. :)
