Bardzo dobra lokalizacja
Pros:

Lokalizacja, śniadania i czystość były na bardzo dobrym poziomie.

Cons:

Na pewno oświetlenie w pokoju było za słabe. Pokój był ciemny, z małym oknem i brakowało światła. Poza tym na 7 piętrze słychać dyskotekę lub klub który jest na ostatnim piętrze, co stanowi pewien problem.

Radisson Blu Leogrand Hotel Moldova’da konaklamaktan son derece memnun kaldım. Otelin hizmet kalitesi, konforu ve merkezi konumu beklentilerimi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Özellikle resepsiyon ekibinden Kübra, Alexandra ve Iana’ya güler yüzleri, ilgileri ve profesyonel yaklaşımları için teşekkür etmek istiyorum.

Özellikle Kübra’nın misafirperverliği ve samimi yaklaşımı konaklamamı daha da özel hale getirdi. Kübra, misafirlerle iletişiminde son derece nazik, ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Kübra’nın göstermiş olduğu özen, otelin misafir memnuniyetine verdiği önemi gerçekten hissettirdi. Böyle çalışanların bir otelde bulunması büyük bir avantaj.

Alexandra ve Iana da güler yüzlü ve profesyonel yaklaşımlarıyla çok güzel bir izlenim bıraktılar. Resepsiyondaki ekibin ilgisi sayesinde kendimi rahat ve değerli bir misafir gibi hissettim.

Otelin konumu da kesinlikle öne çıkan özelliklerinden biri. Kişinev şehir merkezindeki birçok önemli noktaya, restoranlara, kafelere ve gezilecek yerlere yürüyerek ulaşmak mümkün. Şehri keşfetmek isteyenler için bu konum büyük kolaylık sağlıyor.

Genel olarak hizmetten, personelin yaklaşımından ve konumdan çok memnun kaldım. Moldova’ya tekrar geldiğimde hiç düşünmeden yeniden Radisson Blu Leogrand Hotel’i tercih edeceğim.
