It was clean, comfortable and convenient for the ferry.
Pros:

Had a spacious and clean bedroom with a view of the harbour. A sofa to sit on and watch tv (if we wanted to).
Very comfortable bed.

Cons:

To be fair it has recently been taken over and they are in the process of settling in and gradually upgrading the Hotel.

Pros:

easy parking and quiet. Comfortable pillows. Decent WIFI

Cons:

Food was poor, had evening meal and breakfast, breakfast far too expensive. Bathroom bin had used ladies products in it, I understand mistakes happen but thats a big one. place is tatty, paint on room doors peeling, junk stored outside the hotel bedrooms. It feels badly run. I stay in hotels every week and I cant see myself returning here.

It was a bit like Fawlty Towers in a quirky way, but lovely helpful staff and it was a fun stay.
Pros:

Had issue on arrival with shower door, told staff and it was immediately repaired. Room spacious, stunning views,
Breakfast was very nice and plenty of it although unusual for price of breakfast not to include tea or coffee which was extra.
Evening meals very nice, option of either chips or rosemary roasties with each meal but only salad to accompany with no option of other vegetables.

Cons:

Birthday present glass with Grandad written on was removed from the room by cleaners thinking it was one of theirs !!!
Luckily it was retrieved safely and undamaged.

Great food, Friendly staff, very clean room and bathroom. good location for ferry. We joined the quiz night with locals which was great fun. Very into recycle waste which we respect and welcome. Hood welcome email.
