Beautiful & comfortable rooms, nice view, incredibly helpful, kind and corteous staff (special mention to ALESSIA at reception desk !) , fantastic breakfast.

An excellent hotel, run by an amazing family
Pros:

Alessia and her family run this hotel in a manner that should be studied by anyone interested in hospitality. Starting with the communication prior to our arrival, thru helping us organize boats, trips, etc. - the hotel staff has been outstanding and helpful beyond words. The room is spacious, clean, the shower works great, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were also excellent - the chef is talented and the dining room staff has been kind, helpful, and consistent in their high level of service. The hotel shuttle service was also quick, efficient, and extremely convenient. Parking was also a great bonus, so we could get the car whenever we had to. One of the best experiences we had in a hotel. Thank you for making our vacation perfect.

El hotel magnífico, atendido por una familia. Excelente predisposición a solucionar y mejorar la experiencia, ya de por sí estar ahí es una gran oportunidad, pero el hotel suma aún más.
Camas súper cómodas, instalaciones impecables, desayuno espectacular con vista impresionante! Y el plus del servicio de transfer privado que te llevan y traen de Praiano a Positano.
