Beautyful Hotel, good placing.

Cons:

It was a Hotel with Spa. On the end, we left the Hotel the recepción asked after the fee of the Spa. In the side of booking.com and in the Hotel was no mentioned, that we have to oay for the Spa extra. This a big negativ opinion, not only the fee, but the miss of the information.

La ubicació. L'habitació dóna al costat d'una cascada i, si dorms amb la porta oberta del balcó, sents com cau l'aigua de la cascada.
El personal molt amable i atent.
L'esmorzar molt complert i bo. Igual que el sopar, plats generosos i bons.

Séjour gâché par un vice caché

La qualité du dîner et petit déjeuner dans une salle très agréable.
Service bien organisé.

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas apprécié la chambre 303 impossible à ventiler,car recevant les odeurs de la laverie et un air chaud.
Au niveau de notre balcon,une grosse bouche évacuait
L'air chaud et les odeurs.
Nous avons découvert cela 2 jours avant notre départ ,ce qui est limite pour l'hygiène.
Le personnel ne parlant ni anglais,ni français.
Salle de bain très petite,Vmc inefficace.

Sans doute le plus joli endroit d’Andorre où loger avec tout le confort pour se détendre
Pros:

Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Hôtel idéalement placé près d’une cascade. Le spa accessible rapidement (près de notre chambre) et donnant vue directement sur la montagne. Literie très confortable. Personnel très gentil (le directeur qui parle bien français nous a aidé à résoudre un malentendu avec un autre établissement)

Cons:

Tout était parfait si ce n’est une climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas de façon optimale. Place de parking gratuite limitée.

L'hôtel est isolé Pas de commerce à proximité La chambre attribuée avec vue sur un chantier et des grues Les parties communes sont bien entretenues ça en "jette" dans une version un peu kitch La literie correcte Aucune climatisation, seul un ventilateur sur pied est proposé. Ouvrir le fenêtre c'est dormir avec le bruit du torrent qui coule en cascade à côté de l'hôtel ! Le SPA est accessible sur rendez vous et à 23€ par personne Trop cher Pas de piscine Pas de terrasse ni balcon pour notre chambre Le petit déjeuner est varié et de qualité C'est le point le plus positif de ce séjour. Rapport qualité prix décevant
