Calme, tranquilité et chic !
Pros:

Belle situation géographique avec un paysage fantastique. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Petit déjeuner de qualité et personnel stylé. Repas excellent !

Cons:

Faire installer l'air co serait un plus, indispensable pour un quatre étoiles ( heureusement météo clémente lors de notre séjour)
Le mobilier de la terrasse de la chambre, si élégant, manque de confort pour un réel moment de détente.

Hotel mit tollem SPA - im Sommer topp!
Pros:

Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Manager, der uns ein Sandwich außerhalb der Restaurantzeiten (öffnet um 20h) organisierte. Wunderbares SPA + Pool mit Blick auf Wasserfall und drei kleinen Saunen. Sehr gute Betten und Kissen. Leckeres Frühstück. Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus.

El hotel, el lugar, la comida, el personal. Todo perfecto. Es nuestra segunda estancia y en esta ocasión hemos estado 10 días a media pensión 3 personas.

Cons:

El sistema de reserva y cancelación es muy exigente. Booking me cobro 5 días antes el total de la reserva. Si no te presentas o cancelas 5 días antes pierdes el importe total de la reserva.

Останавливались в отеле с 29 по 31 мая. В Андорре бываем часто, но в этом отеле первый раз. Приезжали с целью подняться на 2.700 м, что и сделали. Отель классный, расположен в нескольких килрометрах от "Трёх озер", откуда мы и поднимались на вершину. Повару ресторана отдельная благодарность, по подаче и приготовлению это Мишлен однозначно, а по цене обеда и ужина будете очень удивлены, в мишленоском ресторане за эту цену только салат получится взять. Виды из отеля описывать не буду, это нужно видеть. Вообщем десять из десяти, без преувеличения.

Estancia PERFECTA
Pros:

La ubicación y sobretodo el equipo de personas trabajando en el Hotel. Me ayudaron y atendieron en todo momento con la comida, ya que no como ni gluten ni lactosa. Servicio de restaurante y desayuno excelente. La recepcionista muy bien también, y la encargada del spa muy atenta y estupenda también. Repetiremos sin duda. Muchas gracias.
