Accueil et prestations à améliorer
Pros:

La piscine, et la température de l'eau, la vue et l'emplacement, la salle de sport, la propreté et l'aspect neuf
Petit déjeuner varié et fourni ( avant 10h)..personnel du petit déjeuner et d'entretien aimable et souriant.

Cons:

Accueil moyen et froid à la réception qui se trouve au fond de l'entrée : peu d'efforts sur les explications sur l'hôtel et le déroulement du séjour, aucun mot de bienvenue, sentiment de déranger, il faut sonner pour que quelqu'un vienne, incompréhension sur le règlement de la taxe de séjour qui aurait pu être expliqué au moment du check in)
Le parking : Selon l'emplacement, il ne faut pas avoir une voiture trop grande. Des vélos sont stationnés par des clients inattentionnés sur la place reservée et il faut les déplacer.
Musique trop forte à la piscine dans l'après midi
Wifi qui ne fonctionne pas très bien
Lit d'appoint inadapté pour un troisième adulte : canapé non convertible avec surmatelas qui dépasse de 10 cm de l'assise du canapé : mieux vaut ne pas proposer de lit d'appoint dans ces conditions.
Aucun porte serviette dans la salle de bain à part 2 patères collées qui se décollent quand on accroche une serviette
Petit déjeuner : des ajustements sur le dressage des tables et l'approvisionnement pourraient être faits. Pas d'accueil au niveau du petit déjeuner qui est forcément inclus dans la réservation.

Cons:

Der Preis für den Hund 30€ pro Nacht ist viel zu hoch. Das ist einfach unverschämt!
Wir möchten immer gerne vor dem Frühstück Schwimmen, aber dies war nicht möglich.

Sehr netter Aufenthalt, nette freundliche Menschen und Personal. Insgesamt kann man das Hotel sehr gut weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage direkt am Hopfensee. Sehr gutes abwechslungsreiches Frühstück gute Eier, Speisen, unterschiedliche frische Obstsorten und Gemüse. Verschiedene Kaffeespezialitäten über den Kaffeeautomaten zu erhalten. Sehr schöne, geräumige Zimmer in der von uns gewählten Kategorie. Viertes OG vollkommen neu renoviert beziehungsweise neu aufgesetzt. Sehr schöner interessanter Spabereich in zwei Ebenen.

Cons:

Die Bar ist leider immer nur bis 23:00 Uhr geöffnet jetzt zur WM etwas schwierig. Kopfkissen könnten aus meiner Sicht etwas mehr Volumen haben. Hier würde ich mir eine Art Konzept für unterschiedliche Schlafgewohnheiten wünschen. Pool etwas zu warm circa 28-30° im Sommer zur Abkühlung, etwas zu Hot.

Cons:

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat für mich nicht gestimmt. Für den Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung, jedoch aber nur Standard. Die indirekte Beleuchtung hinter dem Fernseher war nicht richtig angebracht und die Dielen auf den Balkon wackelig. An der Rezeption sind einige wichtige Informationen, die für die Gäste wichtig gewesen wären, aufgrund von Sprachbarrieren untergegangen.
Positiv hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück, welches reichhaltiges und lecker war.

This property shouldn’t be open yet. It’s too new. Not everything is working. They are still fixing thing. Air conditioning wasn’t fully working. And don’t get me started with the elevator, that this takes forever. Even the numbers aren’t correct. And for the price
