Pros:

When we arrived, they served us a delicious meal, even though the hotel restaurant was closed. A huge thank to the staff.

Cons:

The rooms are equipped with a portable air conditioner, but it's very noisy. We had to turn it off at night, and it was very hot.

3 minutes’ walk from the train station to the hotel, surrounded by mountains, with a lake right there and magical views. Breakfast included — perfect.

Pros:

Sehr schöne Terrasse, schattig, gemütlich. Sehr zuvorkommende Bedienung. Grosse Auswahl Speisen. Sehr grosszügiges Apero. Sehr gutes Essen. Die Lage ist ideal direkt mit Bus Haltestelle beim Haus, Bahnhof, sowie Standseilbahn Monte Generoso. Parkieren nebenan für 10. Fr pro Tag

Nicht zu empfehle, da alles viel zu teuer ist
Pros:

Die Lage war gut ! Das essen auch.

Cons:

Preis / Leistung war sehr schlecht. Die Unterkunft ist total veraltet. Einrichtung nicht mer zeitgemäss und ohne Charme.

Voor doorreis prima, wel te warme kamer.
Pros:

Prima nette kamer, prima ontbijt. Heel lekker gegeten bij het restaurant voor diner.

Cons:

De kamer was heel warm, de mobiele airco maar zo ontzettend veel herrie dat je deze niet aan kon laten ‘s nachts. Doordat het raam open stond voor de airco hoorde je veel treinen voorbij komen vlak voor het hotel. Onze kamer zat aan de voorkant bij de weg en het station. De kamer was heel basic dus de prijs kwaliteit verhouding is niet goed.
