Brilliant hotel
Pros:

The location was fantastic to were I needed to go. The room was nice and comfortable as well. I didn't have the breakfast this time around but when I go again I would have the breakfast. The room had a kettle so you could make coffee or tea in the room as well.

Cons:

I found nothing wrong with the hotel.

Pros:

Excellent location, walking distance to Camden Town and both Camden and Chalk Farm tube stations.
Room was comfortable, clean and air con was excellent as stayed during a heat wave!

Cet hotel est parfait ! La literie est top. L'emplacement est idéal. Un plateau bouilloire qui est fourni chaque jour. La propreté est remarquable.
Le personnel est vraiment tres sympathique !

Cons:

Nous avons eu un gros souci avec Stéphanie la responsable. Nous avons été convoquée un matin par celle ci, nous accusant d'amener notre chien dans les couloirs faire ses besoins !!!! Nous disant que cela coûte 200 livres d'amende !!! Cest une honte !! Jai demandé à ce qu'ils visionnent les cameras de surveillance et revenir vers nous ensuite ! Et bien sûr plus aucune nouvelle...je l'ai croisée rapidement jai dit bonjour elle n'a jamais répondu !!! Nous sommes partis sans connaître la fin de cette histoire complètement loufoque !!! J'imagine qu'ils ont trouvé le coupable et quelle a eu honte de venir s'excuser de nous avoir traité ainsi ! Nous rabaisser à la réception devant plein de monde lors de sa convocation.
Cest vraiment dommage cet hotel est vraiment parfait !! Vraiment jai adoré ses prestations mais malheureusement notre séjour a été vraiment gâché avec cette responsable Stéphanie ! Je plains ses employés !!!

A lovely place to stay
Pros:

The staff was wonderful, extremely helpful and kind. I really enjoyed the location. Being close to Camden Market made it easy for last minute dinner decisions, the train station across the street. The shower had great water pressure, the coffee in the room was good, the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

It is a small room, but we acclimated well. If you're on floor 1 then it can be noisy at night with the pub across the street, but if you can get a higher floor it's fine.
