Excellent Hotel! we would stay here again, includes large breakfast and has air conditioning.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay here. The service was excellent every staff member was really nice and ready to help you. They have on call medical service at no cost which I ended up using for an ear infection. The breakfast changed everyday which was really good, a variety of food. I also loved our room had air conditioning and worked fine. Room service kept everything clean. We would stay here again.

Cons:

The rooftop was closed some days but overall we had a pleasant experience.

Not comfortable hotel.
Pros:

Staff was kind and attentive.

Cons:

Bed was too hard and the pillows were the worst. Felt like your head was on a balloon, falling off of the pillow all night so I felt I had no rest. They defiatly need to change the pillows.

Las terrazas y la amabilidad de la persona que atendía el bar

Cons:

De pronto mejorar un poco más en amabilidad genuina y de servicio al equipo de recepción (son la primera cara del hotel para el huésped)
